Rashna is a great Reiki healer. Her calm and warm energy has been helping me re-set my mind and my body. She is also very attentive and a great listener. Highly recommended!

Catherine, who is a highly skilled remedial massage therapist, has helped me over the past 14 years with her thorough and insightful approach to my body. In 2021 I slipped which resulted in 4 fractures in my upper right arm (the humerus bone). It was so painful! However with treatment by Catherine I have been able to get 95 per cent of motion. Earlier I had been diagnosed by an Orthopaedic Surgeon that I would be lucky if I got 50 per cent of motion. Even my physiotherapist, who I do rehab exercises with, is also very surprised with my range of motion I have been to get.
I strongly value Catherine’s knowledge and advice of how the body works. I highly recommend her.

Must say I was a sceptic at first, as usually will resort to massages. However, after having a Reiki session with Rashna, I am a total convert!

Not only did Rashna address my nagging pains and aches, I also felt very energised, calm and at peace with myself.

I have seen other practitioners such as Tracie and Brook, they are very nice people too. The practice itself has a calm and welcoming atmosphere, including the receptionist.
