Very satisfied with behavior and consultation.
Especially the friendly doctor Karina lim was so clear with her summaries and explanations. Behavior wise, very friendly, open to questions, and happy to answer. Found her to be knowledgeable as well. I recommend this doctor anyday.
My first visit with Doctor Christine O'Chee was good.

I LOVE Sydney Doctors. Very easy to work with and Dr Carr (can't speak for the others) takes the necessary time and listens to your issues.

Having regularly used the National Horror Service in the UK, and the lunacy that is the US healthcare system (though there are certainly great doctors in both systems), I'd choose Sydney Doctors every time.

Doctor Shuo Zhao was very welcoming and also very understanding. He was extremely understanding with issues I’ve had dismissed at other GP’s. Great clinic all round.

From visiting the clinic to telehealth appointments, I get vast response and updates. May have waited few minutes from the schedule but it doesn’t hurt. Dr Sabapathy is always lovely, very accommodating and such a delight to talk to.

The customer service told me every time when the doctor talk to me I need to pay for the consulting fee, doesn’t matter if the consulting is regarding to last appointment, but no one told me before and I don’t understand why not arrange me to finish all test together niece but need to do one by one and consult with doctor many times.

Doctor O’Chee is a gem. She listens and she makes you feel very comfortable. She is infinitely kind. Thanks again for today, I feel a little better thanks to you.

Dr. Sue Carr is a brilliant doctor. She is thorough, caring, very knowledgable, has a great network of health practitioners and recommendations. I can't recommend her highly enough. Our health and society is much improved with GPs like Dr. Sue Carr! Thank you.

I have been a patient of Dr. Vincent Nguyen for over two years now, and I can't express enough how grateful I am to have him as my doctor. I have struggled with undiagnosed symptoms that have caused me a high degree of dysfunction, and Dr. Nguyen has been incredibly helpful, kind, and respectful from day one. Despite the difficulty of my case and the inability of other medical professionals to diagnose and treat my audible and visible symptoms, Dr. Nguyen has always taken my symptoms seriously and has done everything he possibly can to get them under control and treated.

Dr Vincent Nguyen's dedication and compassion for his patients are remarkable. He always takes the time to listen and answer any questions I have, no matter how irrational they seem.

I can confidently say that Dr. Nguyen is a real medical professional who genuinely cares about his patients. I will never be disappointed with him, even if he was to make a mistake (which he hasn't!). Doctors, like the rest of us, are humans prone to error. If my symptoms were ever to become life-threatening, I know that I am in good hands with Dr Vincent because he does whatever he can and whatever it takes to get patients diagnosed and treated.

I would highly recommend Dr. Nguyen to anyone who is looking for a caring, knowledgeable, and dedicated physician. Thank you, Dr. Vincent Nguyen, for all that you have done for me. I always have been and always will be grateful!

Dr Vincent is the ideal GP. He is perceptive and has a keen eye for the general health of all his patients, and an unerring accuracy in his prescriptions. My wife and I have been patients of his for many years now, and would not change from My Doctors because of him.

I have always had a first rate experience at Sydney Doctors, starting from the front desk through to the doctor. Last visit, Dr Nguen was especially helpful and a real gentleman.

The Sydney Doctors services is 2nd to none. I have been with this medical centre for many, many years. The reception staff are always attentive, professional and friendly. Making or amending an appointment is always easy and flexible.
My very long term Physician, Dr Vasantha Sabapathy, is a wonderful human being. Professional, knowledgeable and cheerful. Dr Sabapathy has looked after me and guided me through my various mishaps/injuries and the more serious conditions I have encountered over the years.

Dr Shuo Zhao and Nurse Jessie, were kind, thoughtful and informative. We were visiting the clinic for the first time, with our seven-month old baby, and we look forward to establishing a long relationship. Appointment setting, payments and reception all effortless.

I have been a patient of this wonderful medical practice for a number of years now and I can highly recommend them. All the doctors, specialists and administrative staff are highly skilled in their field, very thorough and most of all very caring and really nice people. During COVID they adapted to remote appointments and the practice continued to run very smoothly. My doctor is Dr Sue Carr who I have been seeing for a long time and I am extremely grateful that I found her. Dr Carr is very caring, extremely good at diagnosis and planning what the next steps are. I have had a couple of health problems over the years and Dr Sue Carr has always been professional and supportive of me. Highly Recommend

We always get exceptional service from Sydney Doctors. Dr Zhao is our usual family doctor who has seen me through two pregnancies and post partum. Now that we have moved out of town will still often use him for telehealth appointments as we haven’t found anyone else as kind or who explains things so well in our new city. When Dr Zhao has not been available and we’ve used other doctors at the practice we are always happy.
Highly recommend, especially if you work in the city.
