I have been a client of Emma from Sydney Dermal Lounge Revesby for 12 months now. I completed a clear skin pathway for cystic acne that was out of control. Now that I am clear I have been sticking to my maintenance treatment and I couldn’t speak higher of both my result which was complete reversal of acne and scarring, but my entire experience.

I have always felt comfortable and guided and my dermal specialist. Emma really went above and beyond keeping me dedicated and clear.

I had struggled with scars, pimples, pimple marks, blemishes, and sunburn on my face for a long time before I discovered Sydney Dermal Lounge. At the beginning of my treatment journey, I didn't notice much of a difference. However, as I reached the end of the process, the transformation was truly amazing. Not only did the frequency of pimples reduce significantly, but I also saw a remarkable improvement in the disappearance of pimple marks.

What truly impressed me was the remarkable change in my skin's texture. It was as if my skin had undergone a magical transformation. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mandi, Savannah, Claudia, and Emma at Sydney Dermal Lounge. They are like skincare fairies, performing wonders for my skin. Their expertise and dedication have truly changed my life, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you for giving me the confidence to flaunt my flawless skin!

BEWARE: I visited this establishment in April and it was the worst decision I have made in my adult life.
I was coerced into signing a loan agreement with their external financer Humm for around $5000 by Deanna, one of the consultants there. I was told that I was signing an eligibility assessment form to assess my eligibility to take out a loan for a treatment pathway that cost $6000. I was not told that this was an irreversible process as I had paid a $99 consultation fee for some skin imaging photographs and an appointment was made for me the following day to come in and sign the loan agreement and to make a deposit to sign the contract as my eligibility had been approved. When I called them the next day to tell them I no longer wanted to proceed, they explained that I had already signed the contract and that it was an irreversible process.

I explained to the receptionist that I would like to speak to someone because that was not what I had been told in my appointment. I was in shock and in tears and she attempted to turn the situation around on me to say that I was being rude and abusive? I had been lied to. No documentation had been requested, no bank statements, no payslips, no credit checks. None of the usual documentation was required as is when undertaking a loan application process. I was also told by the consultant to amend my employment status in order to increase my chances of eligibility.

The receptionist on the phone was very impolite, she could not answer any of my questions and was very unhelpful. When I asked to speak to a manager or someone that could help me because she couldn’t; she turned the situation around on me to make it seem like I was being rude and aggressive while being in tears on the phone.

I have since spoken to friends about both Humm (the external financer) and Sydney Dermal Lounge who have had similar experiences. I have had friends and acquaintances from within the skin care industry, after I have spoken to them about this situation, tell me that they have visited or have friends that have visited Sydney Dermal Lounge and paid for these treatment plans with little to no results but paid huge amounts of money for their treatments. Sydney Dermal Lounge attempted to resolve this issue by giving me credit for skin care products, for $5000? Or to sell the loan that I was unwittingly forced to sign for. They did offer a discounted treatment plan for just under $5000. But the fact of the matter is I was coerced and hoodwinked into signing a loan agreement under the guise of an eligibility form. Their entire business model based on deception and deceit and I don’t want to give them a cent of my money, meanwhile they maintain that I knew what I was signing up for all along. They refuse to accept responsibility.

I now have to go through Fair-Trading and the Australian Financial Complaints Authority to try and resolve this issue, however, I have a feeling that this will end up in court, which would be a much better use of my finances. If you are reading through these reviews to see whether you should visit this establishment, DON’T DO IT. But if you do, at least you know what you’re signing up for.

Absolutely love Emma and the girls at Sydney Dermal Lounge. Best decision I ever made was to go ahead with the treatment plan Emma put together for me following my initial consult. Will not let anyone else touch my face!

Didn’t know what I was expecting when I first came in. I was so sick of getting new pimples popping up and not knowing what or how to treat because I thought I was doing everything right.
From the first day I had my consultation I was filled with immense knowledge on how to treat this and was given a a treatment plan. I have been visiting the girls at Sydney Dermal Lounge for over 6 months now. My skin tone was super uneven prior to seeking treatment with a lot of pigmentation on my forehead, around my mouth, and nose due to poor sun protection and being a lover of the outdoors. Since beginning treatment my skin tone is soooo even, much healthier, and I am in the habit of wearing sunscreen every single day. Not only has my skin complexion and texture improved incredibly, but the customer service and genuine nature of Sav, Joanna, and Mandi are unmatched to any other clinic. The price of treatments are not cheap, but you pay for quality and expertise. If you are paying for cheap treatments, you are paying for short term, and cheap results.
