I met Sydney Cove as a buyer and used them subsequently to both rent and sell my properties. Very responsive and diligent. Monique even organised a sale at a fair price in between Christmas and new year while she was on holiday overseas - so in a nutshell could not hope for a more dedicated and responsive service. I was so surprised it was beyond my expectations so ️️️️️

Ernest Hong of Sydney Cove Property is the quintessential dodgy property manager. Rental included refrigerator, which was broken upon move-in. Agent took two weeks to address the issue and offered a measly $10/wk credit as compensation. At move-out, threatened to make a bond claim for not using their cleaning company and meeting unreasonable standards, despite my using professional cleaners and providing a certificate. Also tried to assert claims over existing damage and problems which were documented and photographed at move-in inspection. Unethically asked for me to keep the utilities connected in my name past the end of lease. Didn't experience any of these behaviours or issues with my next landlord. Prospective tenants, beware.

Gordon from Sydney Cove has been an excellent property manager. He’s been my agent for about a year and he’s been so helpful and quick to respond with any of my apartment questions or concerns. He was also very sweet when I moved out and offered his help w whatever future rental questions I had. 10/10!

Had a really wonderful and seamless experience renting my apartment in Sydney. Dealing with Sydney Cove property manager and agent, Gordan and Gareth, made my whole experience almost effortless.

I think Sydney Cove has a great system in place. The agent, Gareth followed up CONSTANTLY to answer my requests to view a place and helped me secure the apt. I was bidding for. He was a real gentleman and pleasant to deal with.

The property manager, Gordan was equally fantastic. I appreciated the patience with which he explained how rent payment works and contract details - esp.since it was the first time I was renting and was totally new to the Aussie system.
What I really appreciated most was that he came by my apt.to show me how to fix the 2-3 down lights which had blown, almost immediately when I contacted him. If there was such a thing as the best property manager award - it should go to him.
