Incredible Service and Professionalism! I am so impressed with Sydney Collision Repairs Services and highly recommend them as the most professional and seamless service I've EVER experienced. After my car was hit, Sydney Collision Repairs fixed it with zero stress. On day 1 my interaction with Ibrahim and the team was incredible - they picked up my car from my house, offered me a loan car (I didn't need it but appreciated the option), and returned my car completely brand new in 4 days and in sparkling condition (They even cleaned and detailed the car afterwards). I highly highly recommend Ibrahim and the Sydney Collision Repairs.

Ibrahim is a God send. I called who I thought was my insurer after someone hit our car, and was given a claim number followed by a call from Ibrahim and a hire car company to schedule everything. Upon almost arriving at my house to tow my car, Ibrahim picked up a small detail in the booking request, brought it to my attention, and sent me a direct line to my insurer. I called and found out I had somehow been scammed, and my insurer didn't even have a claim on the system. Had it not been for Ibrahims attention to detail and honesty, we would have been left thousands of dollars out of pocket for towing, repairs and hire car fees. He was so kind and understanding, cancelled the job without a drama and even contacted the hire car company on our behalf to explain what happened even though he wasn't getting a job out of it. I have used quite a few smash repairers, but I will only use this one from now on. Fantastic service from a company who didn't even get a booking from us. So grateful thank you again Ibrahim.
