I was interested in a corolla and the look on his hideous face said it all ill never go there again I used to like it there but he spoils the joint

Poor customer service fill the form twice to get a in stock car no one calls then call twice to dealership both time they took details and promise to come back with it’s been more than 2 weeks never had call back yet. Should Remove the cars from website as they are not in stock

And staff were extremely rude and unprofessional.
He could not advise against this place anymore strongly.

Don’t go here, I got my wallet stolen from my car last time I took it in for a service and clean and the staff where extremely unfriendly and unhelpful in trying to resolve the matter with management dodging emails and calls about the situation

Great service. I have been coming here for over 20 years and the set-up is fantastic. It is organised and runs like clockwork. The work is done quickly and in time.

Excellent communication from the Guest Experience supervisors - Requested for a part to be changed that is quite difficult to get to on the car. Received an email with quotation the morning after. Bianca was highly responsive through email and had me booked in for the week after.

Price quoted was on par with what I had expected after reading about it online. Another Toyota dealership quoted me 3x the price - Evident that their service staff didn't have the appropriate skills and knowledge to undertake the task.

Received great and efficient service the morning I turned up to drop my car off. Received a text that my car was completed at the precise time I had been told in the morning.

I was extremely impressed and satisfied with the work done to my car. Genuine testament to the skills and integrity of the technicians at this dealership.

Overall very happy with the team here. Will definitely be back for a future service.

Great cars, lovely staff, diabolical waiting area for annual services! After great experiences with john newell Mazda where I could do a few hours of productive laptop work from their waiting room, I was confused to find Toyota provide only a couple of armchairs. Meant I had to cafe surf for a while.

Tolyota always have a good management in place to look after their valuable International recognised brands.
A few years ago I have made a switch from German made car to a Japanese made and I was very happy with mine decision since.
By the way Honda was my first car.
I was here for a.regular service and I found the staff there was helpful and approachable, I trusted they did a good job on the car, very details and upfront. Keep up the good work, your customers won’t forget it.
