I have to say Kyle from Sales was amazing. Not pushy but full of good options about all the Toyota range of cars. Based on our preferences and budget he recommended our ideal Toyota. Steve from Finance was extremely helpful and was very patient with our finance changes. A great place to get a good deal with great customer care. Have been to a few different places and had not received this level of service anywhere. Thanks Kyle and Steve for all your help. Definitely coming back in a few years for an upgrade.

Ryan Chen in particular at Sydney City Toyota (Glebe) has gone above and beyond to get the car before a certain date and made the whole process reassuring and easier than expected.

From the moment I spoke to Ryan I knew I was in good hands as not many dealers have the same communication skills and transparency as Ryan.

If anyone is considering a new Toyota (or Lexus) i strongly recommend Ryan and his team.

I also recommend their service team. Ryan and his team (Sydney City Toyota, Glebe) will be my first choice for any company or personal purchases in the future.

Good service, easy drop off, communication before doing things is patient, sms when things are done.

Would not recommend for servicing. Staff are not polite, can be condescending and the service I have received over multiple visits is not at the standard you would expect of a Toyota dealership. The most recent experience I had is enough for me to no longer use this dealership for anything. Highly recommend going elsewhere.

The staff don't know how to tell the time. Dropped off car at 9am, was told service would be completed around 2: 30pm then told it would definitely be done by 4pm. Got there at 4pm to be told it would be done in 30 mins. Picked up the car at 5pm.set expectations correctly so that you dont waste peoples time.

I went in to look at the new yaris cross and the sales person seemed disinterested and bored while I asked questions. I requested a test drive and was told to leave my name /number and I would be contacted the next day to be given a specific time to come back. They never called back. I’m still keen to purchase the yaris but I won’t be able to buy it locally unfortunately

Dealing with SYD Toyota Glebe was an amazing experience as a buyer of new car. From the first inquiry call, I was heard. They pay attention to your need. I highly recommend the team and especially Ryan. They all are super nice and welcoming. They do care to give the best costumer service and not just sales. Kudos to each one of them and thanks heaps!

Poor Customer Service. I physically went to the show room to organise a test drive for the following weekend, but was advised by the receptionist that I could only do through the sales person I had spoken to previously, Jerry. Receptionist took my details and advised Jerry would contact me to arrange a test drive. No call.

After a few days I contacted Chatswood Toyota and was able to organise a test drive over the telephone and have since placed an order for the new car with the Chatswood Toyota dealership. I would recommend anyone in the market for a new Toyota to give the team at Chatswood Toyota a call, they understands exceptional customer service how to communicate with their customers.
