Awful, awful, awful
They gave us a quote and we accepted their quote and we packed everything and planned a babysitter for our kid. Last minute they called us cancelling the job!
It was shocking and they just said they didn't have a truck available.
Be very careful and don't fall for their cheap price.

Moved from a 3 bedrooms unit to a house. Rod, Marwan and James did an excellent job. They were fast, friendly and professional team.thanks To Michael from the office - Everythin as advertised in phone. Highly recommended!

Arranged for a move of a single piece of furniture from a private residence to my place of work. Poor performance by the delivery team and far worse experience in discussing the matter with the business owner later. 3 years after leaving a 1 star review, the clown has responded claiming that this was a fake review. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

The guys from SCR were professional, arrived on-time, efficient and careful with our contents and properties. They're more expensive than some of the others we looked at, but you get what you pay for in our experience. Will use them for all my future moves, I highly recommend them

Booked with these guys, left me waiting around for over 4 hrs on my moving day, they never showed up, I had to do the job myself, so much unnecessary stress on moving day- collected deposit of $75 and never refunded after failing to provide the service they agreed to. Photo of my booking email attached to confirm this is not a “fake review” as they have claimed on other reviews.

Had a really awful time with this company. The removalists were slow, we all ended up helping and doing the move for them. Would’ve been better to just hire a truck. Still somehow took them 5.5 hours to move a two bedroom flat with four of us helping. Really really awful would never hire again and would actively recommend people to not use them.

I would like to say thanks to the movers of SCR. I liked the honesty, punctuality and professional way of service. Manpreet and yuvi did an excellent job. In future, I would definitely get service again from them. Helped in moving heavier stuff in less time. Heartly Thanks, Highly recommend!

Fabulous job was provided by Evon and Nibras, they helped us dismantle the two beds and move them to the new apartment cool them again, there were amazing and friendly team. I recommend them for your next move I will definitely use them again in a future.

I booked these movers for placing my all heavy stuff. Let me tell you these guys especially yuvi and manpreet did a wonderful job. They're completely full of patience. I loved their honest and compassionate nature. Highly advisable!

Moved from house with 3 bedroom to an apartment with 3 bedroom. SCR team Rod and his mate came on time and had everything done smoothly. They take care of the furnitures and did excellent job in moving from door to door, I really recommend using this team.

Had a wonderful experience moving with this company as they handled all my stuff in a nice way.
There were a plenty of fragile items but they had the protection material to cover the stuff.
Will recommend to everyone. Value for money.

Ours was a small move - bed and mattress base - within the same suburb. The service from the first phone call to the job completion was great. Manppreet & yuvi were on time, friendly and very efficient.

The 2 men team moved a 4 bedroom, 2 storeys house with a few pieces of antique furniture. They started right on the clock and did take great care of all of our furnitures. They were very efficient and they were able to beat the initial quote by one hour whilst providing support in the new house reinstalling our stuff. We had Man & yuvi move us, and wow were they efficient. These two champions take their
work very seriously whilst understanding the stress that moving home, places on individuals. They were so organized and worked at a frenetic pace to get the job done with ease! They took such care with our belongings, respecting our antiques and made sure nothing was damaged. Add to their efficiency was easy banter and sense of humour. I would highly recommend these two fellas, whose fitness and endurance was incredible. The boys were on time and finished the job as quoted.

STAY AWAY from these guys at all cost. They should be out of business. This was a horror experience. They were 2 hours late and one of the guys just followed the other around and was lazy, useless and couldn't speak a word of english. I ended up moving things around myself. The first thing they did when they moved in was scratch my wooden floorboards and just didn't have any common sense.

Thanks for helping me for my last minute after the other company cancelled on me, thanks to Rodney for sending me lovely removalists team.

Suggest not use them! Very terrible work attitude and service! Once you paid deposit, nightmare start! The worst thing is they will force you to pay unreasonable fee, including food time of 1 hour before they finish uploading, otherwise they will move the leftover stuff to their warehourse! Can not belive the company is still doing business in australia!

I rang this company the other day to inquire about booking a removal and spoke to some guy who was extremely arrogant and rude.
He was so out of line i wished i could have reached through the phone and smacked him in the mouth.
Stay away from this arrogant company.
Use any other removal company.
