After a virtual lifetime of sinus problems, my life has now changed after superb treatment by a master surgeon Dr Nicholas Stow at SCENT.
The pain and constant infections are basically a memory now following what was pretty severe work done, but the result is, well simply, I can breath through my nose now. The pain and discomfort is a tiny price to pay compared to the results I have gained.
The whole process was straightforward in the end, thanks to the professionalism of the SCENT team.
Now anything is possible.

Having had chronic rhinitis all my life, I had accepted sniffling my way through my day and having to always have tissues with me. I saw Dr Nicholas Stow and had a bilaterial turbinates resection, bilaterial antrostomy, as well as nasal septum reconstruction. This was undoubtedly one of the best decisions I have ever made. I wake up in the morning without clogged sinuses, no longer need to constantly blow my nose, and can breathe better than ever before. It makes a difference to the quality of my life everyday. I am very happy I saw Dr Stow.

Doctor Meller changed my life completely. I used to have severe depression, insomnia, trouble falling asleep, snored quite a bit, couldn’t breath properly, I was always feeling tired through the day and every month my tonsils would hurt like hell.

With some trepidation I visited SCENT on the recommendation of my GP and because they are not owned or affiliated with one hearing aid manufacturer and can give independent advice and choices. My Audiologist, Karima, introduced herself and from day one I found her so helpful, thorough, caring and intelligent. We went through a process of several weeks, trying out different models and brands - which i could take home to give them a fair trial. I quickly learnt to forget everything you read on the Internet. It's a journey ypu have to go on yourself - with the help of a wise and very experienced guide who can share the pitfalls and guide you to success, tailor made for you. I am so pleased with the outcome and it has turned my dull, muted, muffled world back into a sparkling lively place. I find I am reconnecting with people rather than withdrawing. At home with my family, or at work, or out with friends. Music is wonderful again. These tiny things work beautifully in all conditions. They just work. No fuss no hassle. And I forget I am wearing them. In fact it is a bit sad when I take them out at the end of the day and the muted world returns. The SCENT system and level of service is excellent. I feel very supported.

Dr Saxby and the Audiologist encoouraged me to persevere with my hearing aids, which has been successful. The staff were all attentive and caring. I recommend their expertise.

I canceled my appointment due to customer care. They moved but their receptionist can't explain their new building location. They Do not have any idea about location. It took 45 minutes to explain their location. They do not care CUSTOMERS. We are not their patience. We just bring money.please Do not believe positive comments about staff. My comments just about recepsionists.

Specialist doctor fixed a problem I have had for 50 years. Excellent care and service. Friendly staff. Not cheap, but outcome worth every cent.

I went to see Dr Mellor after receiving a recommendation from a friend.

From my first appointment with her I felt at ease. She is knowledgeable and professional but also very down to earth and easy to talk to. I appreciated the way that she took the time to explain my options to me and I never felt rushed or pressured into decision making.

The reception staff are always friendly and the rooms are clean and easily accessible. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the centre to anyone looking for a good ENT specialist.

The service here has been outstanding! From the front desk who were so lovely to Dr Hobson and the nurse who answered all of my questions and was so patient. Many thanks for a successful operation!
