Never saw a ruder doctor than Dr David Wai.

After listened impatiently to my short description of symptoms, without asking any questions, he wrote a prescription. I tried to ask what this prescription was for, before I finished the sentence, he got very angry, asked me why I had so many questions, did I work in IT that I wanted to know everything.he went on and on, almost shouted at me non stop.

Did this doctor have a personal problem or just anger management issue? For no reason, in a very quick consultation (this was hardly a consultation), he lost his temper for no reason.

Dr David Wai is definitely the most unprofessional and the rudest doctor in Sydney. He provided no medical advice at all and is definitely not suited for the job.

I am sure the other doctors in this medical centre are fine, however because of the experience with Dr David Wai, I will never come to this medical centre again.

Please avoid Dr. Yan Zhang at this clinic. Initially, Dr. Zhang was friendly, but she later became very impatient and showed no empathy for patients' feelings at all. The diagnosis was inaccurate, and the wrong medicine was given. I spent three days treating my illness in the wrong direction and was finally corrected by a doctor working in the emergency department. She even charged extra when she realized you would never return due to her lack of professionalism.

The worst clinic ever, went to see the gp for my allergies test on Friday. Did the blood test and I asked when will I receive my result, the lady who did my blood test said I will receive my result on next Monday, I was like WOW can get result within 2 days, that is just so quick. So I asked her again just to confirm, she said come back on Monday. I booked the revisit on the spot and came back on Monday, the result wasn't anything related to my allergies, why am I here then? ! Paid twice to this clinic but didn't end up getting the result that I need. After all she said the allergies test result will be available after 2 weeks. If she listen and read properly this situation wouldn't happen. And Dr Wai was like "But you still need to come back for your thyroid result anyway. " I know but I didn't ask for anything to do with my thyroid at the very beginning, I mean ALLERGIES TEST! People please don't waste your time here when no one read information properly, just can't help it but to leave a negative comment here.

I contacted them via email and got a quick answer to my questions and set an appointment to do some travel vaccinations for a trip to Thailand. I paid 250$ for Hepatitis B, Tetanus, Hepatitis A+Typhoid which seems fair. The time of the appointment was respected and everyone (the doctor, nurses and receptionists) were kind and available.
I also asked some days later for a signed immunation list and they provided it for free. Idk about the other specialties of the center but the travel clinic works.

Do not visit them! They are scamming people for less than 1 min consultation. The doctor and receptionist are very rude with no empathy for their patients. As a health care service they aren’t professional to run this. I felt rushed and was not examined at all. I dint trust the bad reviews previously but the experience was even worse than what I had read. I will never go back again.

14/nov/2022 I'm call to make appointment but the female receptionist so rude. She make sound annoying to me and said i don't understand what you saying when i spell my name. No patient to listen customer. Please let her go to learn how to be good manners.

Very thorough. Lots of care provided. Dr Vinh Truong and the other Skin specialists apply quality time for precise results.

Appointment with Dr V Truong Feb. 2023. He was very professional, efficient and polite. Gave me a thorough skin check and provided treatment for my solar keratosis. I will be seeing him for my annual check ups.

I never met a doctor like that. Dr. Wai is completely unpleasant. I paid 80 dollars for 1 Minute of work. Not worth it!

This place is a joke. I went to the pathology yesterday and the person employed there was a real joke.
She doesn’t know what she’s doing. The simple blood test, she took several attempts. And now the left hand is so sore that I can’t even move.
The veins in my arm are so clear and visible that anyone can see and find them.

Because of that I had massive fever whole night, body aches chills. Now who is responsible for that?

I am not an object to do experiments for a Lerner. It’s my body which is important to me. They should be ashamed of hiring that person and employ them who has no clue what they are doing.
I would like to request everyone to think twice before going in there.
Very disappointing and upsetting behaviour.

I had a nasty looking mole on my leg and booked in to see the new skin Doctor, Dr. Vinh Truong. The service and care he provided was exceptional. Although I was only booked in for a short consultation, I think Dr. T could feel my trepidation at having this (possible cancer) growing on my leg. He took the time to perform a surgical procedure and remove it then and there for a very reasonable price. I know the price was reasonable because I checked with about a dozen other places and all were well over $300 and some up to $500. Dr. T did it for less than $250 and the incision was perfectly straight and Dr. T also took the time to close and stitch the wound to minimise scarring and provide some cosmetic benefit. It’s now 48 hours since the procedure and the wound is healing perfectly. Thanks Dr. T. I’m looking forward to returning in 12 months for my annual check up with my newest and bestest skin Doc. 5 stars.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Terrible service, breaking duty to client. After advising him that I was suffering for jetlag and have used melatonin in the past, he said I was exhibiting drug seeking behavior and hung up on me after 30 seconds of consult time. I hope he did not collect his fee for this. Just to be abundantly clear, it is not about the fact that he was unable to prescribe, it is his unwillingness to assist the resolution of a health problem that I am suffering from.

I went to get an IUD removed.

Dr Yan Zhang was very friendly initially. However, when discussing why I wanted the IUD removed she told me the IUD was not related to acne which is contrary to all information I have read on valid medical sources and heard from other medical professionals so I instantly was questioning her knowledge.

She was unsuccessful in completing the removal of the IUD as it was too far into the cervix. This is quite common so I always knew this outcome would be a possibility. However, her reaction to the unsuccessful removal was not expected. She suddenly turned hostile and cold. "Get up and get dressed" is the only thing she said in a tone of voice that inferred she was disappointed or annoyed at me. I had to clarify what she meant by this, asking "can you not get it? ".
Having dressed and sitting awkwardly infront of her like a school student in trouble for something I wasn't aware I had done, she asked what else I wanted from her. I said I had booked in a full women's health check in addition to the IUD Removal. She asked, "what do you mean by women's health check, this can be many things, tell me specifically" in an arrogant and fed up tone making me feel stupid and belittled. I said I had never got one before and I wasn't entirely sure what they included. She said she would give me a referral for an ultrasound to ultimately check where the IUD was positioned and when I asked about blood test referral (as I assumed this would be a component of a full health check) she said she would give me that when I return after my ultrasound had been done. Unclear why this would be, potentially more money for her? Needless to say I will NOT be returning. I have thick skin for a young woman but this experience really shook me and I left on the brink of tears. The aim of this review is to warn other women about visiting Dr Yan Zhang, go elsewhere where you will be treated with dignity and respect.

Just got a text starting they will stop bulk billing and start charging for appointments. Ridiculous

Great service, very friendly staff at the front. The skin doctor is very professional and gentle.

I had a skin check today with Dr Vinh Truong. He was very thorough and personable. The fee for a skin check is reasonable and probably the most cost effective you'll get in Sydney. Overall recommend.

I would like to say a big thank you to Dr. Greg Batty. He is very professional, polite, he gives his time to listen to his patients and give every possible suggestions. I would suggest others to take appointment with Dr. Greg Batty for the best.

I had a consultation with Dr David Wai and never had such an unpleasant experience with a doctor. He has no manners to treat a patient, a stressed out and unkind person. He should have chosen another profession, he looks like a very unhappy GP.

Dr. Maji is a joke. I’m terrified of the plane and I came here to get something to get through a long flight to my home country. I’ve never had issues getting prescribed Valium but this “ doctor “ didn’t even want to prescribe non-benzodiazepines like sleeping pills and instead very rudely told me to “ just relax ”. I know we live in a nanny state but come on, this is a joke.

It was heart breaking, after almost 4 years of trust with Dr. Yang Zhang, she was really doing nothing with my health condition.
