Sydney Carpet Cleaning & Restoration (SCCR)

My wife and i put an insurance claim in, hesitant at first due to the past experience with the insurance and trades.
I received a phone call by vanessa in the office within 10 minutes of putting a claim in. Within less than 2 hours, emjay was at our doorstep doing a makesafe. He left some equipment and removed some carpet and lino. He was very professional.
John reattended the property after 2 days and did a scope of work for mould remidiation. He was very thorough and very easy to deal with. Approval was given within 48 hours, and then the team came out and completed the scope of work. Every single SCCR memeber had a smile on the face, dressed well, were very professional with anything they did.
It was definitely one of the best experiences we have experienced by a company.
I hope more people get SCCR on there insurance claim

We were flooded quite some time ago and SCCR were appointed by the insurer to assist us in itemising and disposing of damaged items. Greg, Jumo and MJ were beyond professional. Always on time, polite, courteous and a very strong work ethic. They cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful to my family and I. They treated our possessions with the greatest respect. Vanessa and John were flexible in arranging times and always kept us well Informed. I can't recommend these guys enough. All their vehicles, equipment and uniforms were well presented and clean. The boys never used any foul language and had impeccable manners.

The team were fast and responsive, told me exactly what was required to remove the mould and contaminated areas, the work was 100% professional and they are obviously well experienced in the trade.
Wasn't expensive and I believe I got value for my dollar considering the mould and moisture could have affected my families health.
They got it done quick and done right and we've had no problems since. Hopefully don't have any more mould issues, but if we do SCCR, John and Vanessa, will be my first call.

John was super helpful explaining what they have to do, and how to use the machines to make sure there is no water left over and to make sure mould doesn't develop.
