Sydney Car Wash & Detailing

Same as all of the reviews below. Tried to charge me way more than the actual advertised price. It is a brand new car. They make up prices on the spot and the customer service is terrible. I walked away and after reading the reviews I’m so glad that I did.

Horrible. Paid $75 for outside and interior on 10 October 2023 - there are dirt smudge marks all over the car's interior, the inside seats have dirt/grease on them from where they sat inside and I watched them on their mobile phones pretending to clean the same window for 20 minutes. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. I won't be back. Oh and the coffee machine is broken - so you don't even get the free $2 coffee as promised.

Took 2 government fleet cars there over two days. Was charge two different rates for the exact same wash on the same car. Second day they tried to charge $65 for a basic wash on a Corolla hatchback! Are you out of your mind! Service was deplorable. They pull prices out of their backside. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! Their $15 wash they advertise is them hosing your car for 4 minutes. No detergent. Nothing. Petrol station auto-washes are way better value.

Scammers. $150 for a small SUV wash and polish. They don’t polish, they spend 5-minutes chamois dry down and claim they’ve “liquid polish”… equivalent of a $30 wash. No pride in their work. Go elsewhere.

Have attempted to visit this car wash multiple times. Twice I have gone down and staff have proceeded to tell me they are closed even though both times I have gone it has been in their business hours during the day. Took my Mazda hatch to get a clean on a third attempt and I was told it would be a hour wait which was fine. When I agreed to that I was then told it would be a two and a half hour wait which I still agreed to. Once I said I was happy to wait I then got told it would be $100 for a simple exterior and interior clean the most basic choice of their cleans due to the fact there were a couple of leaves which could be blown off the front of the car. Car inside was just a bit of dust nothing extreme. Seemed as though it was a range of excuses which in the end I said I’d take my car elsewhere. Wouldn’t recommend.

This car wash continues a tradition of dodgy car washes in Gordon and Castle Hill, with lowest quality work, "loyalty cards" not being honoured, and the owner with criminal past ghosting customers that have genuine issues with the above. Not recommended by any means.

The customer service I received was quite awful.
I only wanted a simple car wash and vacuum, which I believe costs approximately $59. I was informed my car required a thorough cleaning and polishing, which I gently rejected. I was essentially instructed to go elsewhere.
The truth is that hail damage has ruined the paint job on my car. My lack of enthusiasm in spending money on auto detailing is obvious.

Spent $400 for a full detail.great Scam!
These guys are not car detailers.
All they know is how to do a basic wash and vacuum.and even that was pathetic.
The car stayed with them for 2.5 days.
The car still has grime stains all over it.
All they had to do was give it a proper polish to remove it.even polishing the windows would of been nice.
They promised me they would buff it, to remove the scratches.but didn't even give it a basic polish.
Even the allow rims were still filthy.
Great scam!

Terrible. $15 quick was advertised on sign out the front. $75 superwash etc on sign inside. Only wanted a wash and vacuum and guy wants to charge me $100. Total rip off so drove off never to return.

Don't goto this place. They charge you arbitrarily. The guy quoted me $100 for interior and exterior wash. I got it done got $40 at another place close by

Talked into mini detail. Prepaid (do not pre-pay) and went to collect the car. It had hardly been washed. Still dust and dirt in cup holders, door jambs not cleaned and boot not vacuumed or wiped out at all. Very dishonest. They refused to refund the money and said i have to call "The Boss". The number is constantly busy. No calls back. DO NOT USE!

Not even 1 star is worth for this business. I paid $45 for a hand car wash and then drove home. Later I realised that there were 2 big poos on the car windows, the wheels are not washed, still very dusty, car was not dried clean after a hand car wash. The service is very bad, not recommended for anyone.

Paid $100 for the most comprehensive service and ended with many spots that we not clean at all. Definitely not worth it. Will never go back again.

Paid $600 for my 2 car to be detailed just wow what a service all the small scrates were gone value of money and great place right in the area …. Nice staffs and services

Broke my windscreen now won't return my calls! I feel sorry for the guy who works there and keeps claiming his boss will call me back, when in fact what has actually happened is his boss has blocked my number!
Don't risk it.

What seemed to be a quick and reasonably priced car clear and detail, was not. It did not appear that the car had any more than a wash with water externally - not even soap. The same dirt smears that we’re there prior, are still there. Internal did not appear to have been vacuumed. Certainly did not look ‘detailed’. Will not be returning here.

Really disappointed to have made an effort to return due to rhis advertised $15 express car wash. When we returned the sign on the road still advertising $15 Express Car Wash. Drove in but was refused as this is some happy hour price which is only in the mornings. NO TIMES ON SIGN.

Seems to be a deliberatly misleading sign. Disappointing as it's wrong to get customers this way.

I was ripped off. Paid $260 for a detail that included cleaning the engine, not done, cleaning the boot not done. Also only half cleaned the wheel rims. Have paid $45 at Crystal Car wash for the same job.

I was told they needed the car all day, l called in the afternoon to find out what was going on?
Hadn't started it yet?
Then they completed the work in 45mins after i called,
Never again!
$400 for 45mins of work.
