When I commenced looking for a builder I was most fortunate to find Sydney Building @ Construction group. On first introduction to the company was Dany, General Manager of the company. From that first meeting Dany listened to my needs for construction of a studio, major stormwater work and landscaping. The process to accomplish this, was with professionalism, quality workmanship and as timed from his team of engineers, architects, private certifier, labourers, plumbers, electrican, roofers, gyprockers, carpenters, painter, bricklayer, concreter and head office. Dany organised, oversaw the entire work and with his calm nature enabled the work to move smoothly and this in turn made me at feel at ease and stress free. I highly recommend Dany and his organisation for any type of work small or big.

Before I embarked on my journey with the SBC Group it required intrepid action on my part to go searching for a builder. I had already employed several individual 'tradesmen' who demonstrated that trying to 'fix' things this way was not working, both financially and in terms of the results I got. I needed a coordinated, project management approach from a skilled and experienced builder who could demonstrate a strong willingness to work with me and not try to impose solutions that did not address the extensive issues I was facing with my property.

The project took almost seven months and all I can say is 'thank god' I found Dany and his team. Everyone who worked on my property had a strong commitment to company culture of integrity and respect for the client. They ensured best outcomes and consultation during the whole process which was seamless and reasonably stress free.

Dany and his team of tradesmen, engineers, certifiers did an amazing stress free project – on time and on budget. We would not hesitate in using Sydney Building & Construction Group again. It is very pleasing and refreshing to see that Dany and his team are focused on customer satisfaction rather than variations and short-term profit. This creates a lot of trust and confidence in the work they conducted. We have completed a number of renovations before and used plenty of tradesmen and SBCG made the process so much easier without compromising quality.

Dany (Manager of SBC Group) did a major house renovation for me that involved moving double brick walls, replacing ceilings, doors and door jambs, skirting boards and cornices, restoring cracked walls and installing a new bathroom, laundry and kitchen. He coordinated it brilliantly so that the work, which is of a really high standard, was done quickly and efficiently and to budget. All trades, builders, electricians, plumbers and painters, were scheduled at the start of the project and everything ran like clockwork. There were absolutely no problems at any time with anything. The project was very competitively priced and the cost of fixtures and fittings was really kept down by his access to suppliers. He wished to provide a top quality service and he certainly did that.
