Dim sims were overcooked and soggy. Their customer service was worse than the food. The lady was on the phone the whole time, and she didn't acknowledge me until 5 minutes later. And then she decided to dump my dim sims in a plastic bag instead of in a container. So disrespectful, I'm definitely not coming back.
First time here, Sui Mai was really good & tasty. I bought pork buns; however, wasn’t much of a fan. ️
Yes, that's literally their store name. No dine in. Hot food stall and frozen sections. Best price you can get
Service is so bad, they don't value their customers and gives off such a bad experience in their shop.
This place lives up to its name - their pork buns and pork and prawn Sui mai are packed with flavour. I also recommend the massive bags of frozen dim sim to take home
Pork siu mai isn't good. Bought 50 pieces where I should have got in a small container to try first. When I steam it, it dripping in oil and the meat doesn't look right. It's more bouncy and so called pork tastes weird. Doesn't taste like pork. Prices was 28 dollars but not worth it. If you want decent one, go to Flemington. Cost 35 dollars for 50 pieces, but worth it.
The lady at the cashier is very rude and on 2 separate occasions, she charged us extra money and my wife needs to tell her it was incorrect. She did return the extra money but no apologies was given and we suspect that she does it intentionally as most people wouldn't even check the total after buying several boxes of Dim Sums. Imagine how much extra money she could get by adding a few dollars to every customer who were unaware of this practice. Beware or stay away!
They sold me day old pork buns. I did not know until I shared some with my mum. Her restaurant used to sell them so she would know because the texture was hard and a tint of yellow.
