Sydney Automotive and Auto Electrical were fantastic to deal with. After receiving very difficult news about extensive repair work required for my Kia Ali took personal attention to assist the process to explain exactly the details and an attempt to keep the overall expense to a minimum. They have a great deal of integrity in terms of how they do business and their customer service is exceptional. I would highly recommend their services for anyone's vehicle.

I have been sending my own vehicles and company vehicle to Sydney Automotive & Auto Electrical for the past few years. Both old and new vehicles for logbook services and repairs done by Ali and Hass. They are reliable mechanics, knowledgeable, and honest. Their workshop is very clean and tidy, safe for car owners to leave their cars there. They are professional, trustworthy people. No hidden cost and they don't create problems.

I recently took my car, as it needed a much needed service and my neighour recommended Ali and his son Hassan.
They provided outstanding service and really treated my car like it was their own.
They really did go above and beyond in servicing my car and also ensuring l was informed on the works that needed to be carried. Their professionalism and commitment to customer service was absolutely amazing. They really did make me feel very welcomed.

We had a significant engine coolant leak in my daughters Mazda MX5 which Mazda Carlton charged a small fortune to supposedly rectify. Leak continued and Mazda wanted to again charge for work supposedly performed, so we cut our losses and sought help from the father and son team at Sydney Automotive Bexley.
Ali and Huss wasted no time in diagnosing the problem, recommended the replacement of several other coolant hoses whilst work was being performed, and after a long wait for parts from Mazda Japan, Ali worked throughout a Sunday to get the car back to us as soon as possible.
I cannot recommend this workshop highly enough and remember great workshops like this also carry out new car servicing under warranty period. Based on my experience I know where I would be taking my vehicles old and new.

Required urgent repairs on a Saturday. Same day repairs too. Was so impressed with the high quality professional service I got without even having a booking. Ali was so friendly and honest. Completely transparent about everything and very reasonably priced for what was needed. Getting the car back fully washed and cleaned just an added bonus of the service. Thanks Ali! Ali was amazing.

Before my last car service, my engine light was on and the previous mechanic notified me that there was a few engine issues to be addressed in the near future, which may cost around $3k.

My car then went into limp mode a few months after the service which then I took my car to Ali to have a look at. He fixed my car within the day and at a fraction of the cost, identifying the main issue with my car.

10/10 and 100% recommend this place.

I have had my car serviced and maintained by Ali and his team for at least the last 10 years. I have found him very approachable and helpful at all times and i appreciate that during the work he keeps me informed of progress and any unforeseen expenses. He has always offered to drive me home when I drop the car off and when I pick it up it as always been washed and cleaned inside. I have no reservations at all in recommending him and his team. These guys are amazing!
