Dr Markus has been very attentive, kind, knowledgeable and professional to my aged fluffy family member, Elsa (cross Pomeranian and Maltese) who has been struggling with her breed's common issue known as luxating patella.
Not only he examined Elsa very thoroughly but also explained to us about his thoughts process on what the current and potential issues are to Elsa along with the variety of options we can implement for Elsa's speedy recovery.
It takes us more than half an hour to drive to this hospital but it has been definitely worth it, bar none. I just wish I have known him a lot earlier when Elsa was young.

Last but not least, the receptionists are so lovely with full of smile and have always been welcoming our visits.

Amazing vet hospital. Doctors and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to treat my fur baby with great care, compassion, and professionalism. Took my sick pet in and they said they will do a urine test. It showed up just bacteria and they gave antibiotics. When he didn’t get better and was almost dead they offered a more specific urine test to see what the problem was. When I asked why I wasn’t made aware of this urine test first time round they had no answers and kept changing the topic. I told them that had i been made aware of this specific test options at the beginning I would’ve chosen the full screen up front. Now my cat is in too bad condition to take more urine for that test to be done.
They were annoyed that I went there on opening to see my pet. I had had a sleepless night worrying about him so I drove there on opening. I was met with rudeness/coldness by the staff. I explained that it is a new vet for me and I didn’t know I was meant to call ahead, nor was their time to call ahead. I told them that I thought he may have died overnight and I didn’t want to be told that on the phone and that was the reason I went their on opening.
When I would ring up for updates, I had many staff say ‘I’m not across her (it’s a his) case’, with one staff member not even knowing which animal I was talking about.
I was quoted an amount and when it came time to pay, the bill was over $700 more. Their reply was ‘that’s just an estimate’. I asked for the amounts to be put in sperate pages per day so I could see what it all was. They gave me 4 sheets for 3 days. When I questioned why I had 4 sheets (one for each day) with a 3 day stay, they said they bill at 24hour sections… by the clock this would in fact be under 3 days as i picked him up earlier than 3 lots of 24 hours. I thought it unusual that we had to pay the first day upfront. I even said to them that there must be some mistake as I’ve already paid for the first day.
I am giving 1 star for THREE staff members out of about 10 who we came across. One receptionist showed compassion to our case and 2 nurses over his time gave my pet the attention he deserved on his final days.
They did the bare minimum for my pet. The only reason we ended up there was because it was a weekend and our usual vet and others didn’t have staff on. I feel all staff were not across his case. I regret going to a bigger place. I feel we were all treated like numbers with very little empathy and only about the money I will never be back

My pup came in for dental hygiene, ended up having teeth extracted. I cannot thank Markus and team enough for the care given to Brutus, before, during and after the procedure. Thank you so much! Also for the two post-op calls to hear if he was doing OK. I would recommend you to anyone looking for professional and caring treatment.

Visited a couple of times for my small dog and was happy with the overall experience. Dr Krishna was wonderful and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this animal hospital.

We recently said goodbye to our girl Ebony. She had been living with CHD for over 2 years, during which she received amazing treatment by Dr Vicki.

Vicki always took time to explain Ebony's medication, condition and advice. Whilst vet visits brought on anxiety episodes for Ebony, Vicki's calm demeanour was always a comfort to her. During difficult times, our family had confidence in knowing Ebony was under such qualified and professional care.

Cannot fault their service, highly recommended!

Disappointed with the lack of care from this Vet. I adopted a cat from the shelter a year ago and brought him here for his first check-up. I explained that this was my first cat and I was told he was in generally good health except for a tooth that may need to be extracted in the future. His teeth were in fact in terrible health and since then he’s had two incisors fall out. I’ve now addressed this at another Vet but wished I was told sooner and could have prevented this from happening in the first place. Really upsetting to know that this could have been avoided if just a little bit more care was taken.

They were so kind to me and my little Oliver and I felt very calm even though he had a painful procedure to be done. I could hear them reassuring him the whole time. Thanks girls ️ from a nervous pet owner! ️

The staff were so lovely and I felt that my cat was in great hands. Everything about what was happening to him and preventative measures for the future was explained to me very clearly, and my worries were put at ease. I won’t hesitate to go back.

We have been attending this practice for many years. Dr Karishma is a wonderful veterinarian who will take the time to listen and establish rapport with your furry one. My dog has anxiety and allergies and she has been a tremendous help in supporting us with each step with practical strategies. All the nurses are also incredibly knowledgable and warm. Would highly recommend this practice!
