My wife and I would like to thank you for your expert guidance, insights and overall leadership in managing the design element and liaising with all required parties until now.

Given the undertaking of knowing that our place was in a heritage/conservation area and under one of the toughest councils, it has been great in being able to pretty much “offload” everything to Sydesign, and having confidence that nothing was missed and all was in-line with Council DA requirements. We are excited by the new floorplan and cannot wait to see it come to life.

We would highly recommend Sydesign to anyone interested in wanting a no-hassle approach!

Shady, Alex and the team at Sydesign have been amazing to work with. My parents have experienced a difficult journey and unfortunately had to change architects throughout their process.

I conducted some research before reaching out to new draftsmen and Sydesign were highly recommended. The team have been fabulous to work with and have been so efficient and realistic with deadlines and costs. They really listened to my parents requirements and applied their feedback thoughtfully.

They are also partnered with very reputable businesses and connect you to all industry professionals, which I found very helpful as this is our first renovation, and is quite extensive.

We are currently waiting for the DA to be approved, and we honestly couldn't have gotten this far without Shady and Alex's help. Thanks again guys:)

Shady and the team took a brief that was deemed impossible by other designers and delivered a design that not only met the brief, but exceeded all expectations. Jared was a great guide through the intracacies of the approvals process and was always available to assist with any queries. I wouldn't hesistate to work with the team again on any future projects.

Cant speak more highly of Shady & Felipe, it was our first time going through the process, they made it simple & so enjoyable. They have managed to fit absolutely all we wanted & they shared our vision. They are passionate & take a lot of pride in their work & it shows. Our block was a difficult shape so their job was not easy, all the builders we have spoken to for quotes have also said what an amazing job our architects have done with the design. I cant recommend Sydesign enough.

If you are considering using Sydesign for your build. DO IT! Having done multiple builds prior to using Sydesign my only regret is not using them earlier. They are the complete package - hugely creative but also commercial; proactive and knowledgable, but never pushy; big picture but also detailed; and, the icing on the cake, they know exactly what will / won't fly with council. Sydesign match your pace and deliver in spades. We couldn't recommend them highly enough and, as long as they are around, we won't ever be looking for alternative design / drafting services. A huge thank you to the team - especially the awesomeness of Shady, Trinity and Samuel.
