I arrived needing multiple appointments just to get my pain under control and have come out the other end with stronger, more mobility and confidence, and a clear plan for future management.

The staff is very family, friendly and caring. They explain everything about your muscles joints and how to get back onto the mend.

Andrew's been assisting my elderly mother to stay mobile for about one year now. He makes home visits, is a great communicator and my mum loves him.

I started seeing James a few months ago due to severe pain in my lower back caused by bulged discs. I was really struggling to move and perform basic day to day tasks. After the first session, James immediately made me feel confident that he could not only fix the issue but ensure it didn't come back again. He put a plan in place to get on top of it and having now completed all sessions, this is the best I've felt in years. I'm back in the gym and running freely again with an ongoing plan to ensure it doesn't reoccur. He's easy to chat to and his knowledge was second to none. I couldn't recommend James and the whole team enough, as it was a pleasure seeing them each week.

It’s a lovely place to go to, clean and fresh. Everyone is welcoming. Nick is very encouraging and always makes my daughter feel good after the workout. I can see she’s progressing nicely. I highly recommend Switch Penshurst.

Can't recommend this place enough, especially Andrew! He genuinely listens to your concerns and goals and sets up a realistic treatment plan to work towards. Andrew is always professional yet approachable and highly knowledgeable in the latest studies in the area. Having issues with my knees also affected my motivation and mood however seeing the progress has helped me a lot in these areas as well and I appreciated that Andrew took this into account from day 1. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful 10/10

Been coming to Switch for about a year now for regular remedial massages from Joseph. He is an excellent practitioner and I always leave feeling & moving better. The team have a holistic approach to movement and wellness that I really like, focused on you rather than a quick fix.

I can highly recommend SWITCH Physiotherapy Penshurst. James is a marvellous physio, knowledgeable, skilled and respectful. Within a few weeks my back issues were resolved and James had equipped me with a repertoire of exercises to keep my back strong and flexible. The whole team there was friendly and efficient.

I tore my calf and was immediately slotted in and have been seeing James 2 times per week for the last month. I’ve made a great recovery due to great treatment and rehab plan from James. Also great to get along with.

Friendly staff and a dedicated team. Andrew has helped me recover from a back injury while also addressing a chronic ankle sprain problem that I've had and greatly regret not seeing a physio earlier for! Bonus that it's conveniently local too.

I have had a few physiotherapists help me in my lifetime, but so far my experience with Andrew from Switch has been the most positive one. The treatment plan is clear and concise, there are both remediation treatment as well as preventative exercises provided - these are adjusted according to your progression, and Andrew has shown not only his expert knowledge in physiotherapy, but also his genuineness as a person. I have already referred my spouse and will continue to refer my friends/family to Switch; thanks so much for the help!

I have been getting massages done by Joseph now for a couple of months. Joey is a great guy he makes me feel very welcome and I always look forward to my next appointment!
He always relieves my pain, he definitely has a few tricks up his sleeve. Highly recommend!

Being a new mum has really taken a toll on my body. Without Joseph and the team at Switch, I wouldn't have been able to enjoy and bond with my little one through so many precious moments. Lower back pain radiating down my legs and calves, hip tightness and tendonitis / inflammation on both my wrists - I've had it all! Joseph has been a miracle worker and gave me the gift of strength and mobility. Over 2-6 months, I went from barely moving and in constant pain / tears to being strong enough to carry bub in a baby carrier twice a day as he grew from 6-10kg. Highly recommend Switch and thank you to Joseph for his empathy, kindness and professionalism!

I am with Tim he is fantastic. I am glad I found switch try few other places but never liked any off them.is being year since I start pilates here. All my neck and shoulder pain are almost gone. Let me tell you, I have osteoarthritis in my neck and where in pain so much. I am glad I came to switch with my problem and now over year later I am living my best
