I was recently stuck early in the morning on a Public Holiday with a boiling hot water tap in the shower which I couldn’t turn off. Even though he was in Wollongong at the time and I’m at St Marys, Mario talked me through how to safely turn the hot water off and arranged to come on that day if necessary. Mario was so honest, kind and understanding of my near hysteria at not knowing what to do. THANK YOU Mario, a change from the usual can’t be bothered tradies around.
