I have always had excellent service and advice from swim mart Miranda, and have been going here for 4 years now. No complaint from me!

Great service from Mick and Tom. Mick spent time going through pool cleaners and showed a demo of one in their on-site pool. He then showed me a range of cleaners and gave me a demo robotic cleaner to take home and try for a couple of days. I would never have considered spending what I did without this service. I returned to the shop and bought the most expensive of the options I was shown. It all came down to excellent product knowledge, spending time with me and the rake home demo cleaner. Thanks again guys.

Every experience is the same, positive, fun and also some hard hitting truth about how you may be not treating the pool right.trust me, I need it. They even deliver stuff to your car!

Unfortunately wasn’t good! Advise customers if need anything fixed to take photos when dropping things there, so they don’t say “that was already broken” after a bill of $700 and saying that everything was working. We just got to the car and noticed broken pieces and went straight back in, as well as not being abused like “you better go before I show you the worst of me” this were the owners/ manager words when we were saying that wasn’t broken when we dropped it!

Unfortunately for them we have cameras at home to and will get back there to show them that nothing was broken!

There’s always better ways to say! “I’m so sorry but when we did the testing on the robot a few of the pieces got broken! ” We would understand and just swap them! Not saying “Everything is running! ” still saying he’s the professional and I’m the one that noticed those broken pieces as soon as I got to the car! Nothing would work with broken pieces, I don’t need to be a professional to know that! Were is the professional integrity this days?

We’ve been customers for a few years already, they used to look after our pool and we never thought we would be treated this way!

I have given up trying to sort out my pool problems myself - now I just go to the Swimart guys as I know they will sort out my pool quickly and get it right every time. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Always provide a quality, friendly service at a reasonable price. Swimart Miranda have the expertise that’s helped keep our pool healthy for the last 10 years…. Not the closest pool shop to our house (tried the rest) but well worth the drive.

I have been going to this pool shop for the past twenty years and I have replaced filter/chlorinator/pump at two different houses. In addition visiting pool shop and had my pool solar panels fixed. They are professional, friendly and reliable at all times. I would highly recommend.

These guys are great. What I really like about them is that they don't try to sell you stuff if you don't need it. I've had my pool water tested there several times and they've said "your pool water looks great, you don't need to add anything". Honest operators. Don't ever change!
