Swimart Liverpool customer service is second to none! I was very impressed with their pool cleaning service…they were very genuine, helpful, professional, knowledgable. I have dealt with a few companies before Swimart and none of them had any idea why the pool pump wasnt working properly till John came out and knew exactly what was wrong with it. A huge thank you to Veli and John for being so prompt and caring, Swimart will be my go to pool people for any issues, maintenance etc. Thank you guys

I’ve recently used swimmart Liverpool at my place and I have found them very knowledgeable and honest. I had my heat pump and robot cleaner purchased from them and they have installed it with no issues. It was a pleasure working with Veli, Oscar and extended team. Amazing service and attitude from the boys. Went in to seek some advice and chemicals for some testing with the classes I am teaching about water quality. Oscar was more than keen to help out and explain things, going out of his way to help in areas I wasn't too sure about. Whilst I don't own a pool, will definitely recommend these guys to others.

Today I went to Swimart Liverpool omg Firstly I felt very safe in the store the store was very well ventilated and everybody was wearing masks and they was sanitiser stations everywhere. I had a free water test for my swimming pool and all the pool needed was half a litre of acid and I walked out spending $19.00 they were all super friendly and the young guy was very switched on in regards to pool water and maintaining swimming pools I will return thank you Swimart Liverpool for great service and keeping me safe in these uncertain times regards…

John was amazing! He is the only person who persisted with professionalism to finally solve our issue with our pool. Cannot thank him enough!

The team were champions. Very honest. I came in with a test sample of pool water that was too hot. Instead of them testing it and selling me the whole store, they told me to come back with a fresh pool sample so I can get only what I need. Really appreciated the help from them.
