Absolutely disgraceful customer service, the guy behind the counter must have not liked me as he continued to ignore me and serve customers that were behind me in line, I felt uncomfortable and had no choice but to leave, i then went to splashs pool supplies and maintenance who's customer service was outstanding and restored my faith in decent human behaviour.

(Review is for store visit about 2months ago) First contact was great. My enquiry related to purchase of a particular brand chlorinator. Brad appeared knowledgeable and helpful.even though it was not stored promoted brand, and therefore had to be ordered in. (I visited Swimart because they are the advertised dealers for Zodiac chlorinators) When I returned in January, to complete with view to ordering the product, the assistant there at the time had very little understanding or knowledge of the product. He referred me to his manager, who then promptly told him that I had to wait for at least 20minutes. Not helpful, Unfortunately I would have wasted further time. Much better to have your staff well informed on brands, especially if it you are the promoted dealer. Very frustrating, time wasters, and not a very positive experience, other than Brad's friendly and helpful customer service, hence the 4 star and not lower.

The guys at Swimart were recommended by neighbours when we first moved to the area 12 years ago & they've been looking after all our pool & spa needs ever since! Highly professional, knowledgeable, reliable & the best at friendly personalised service. Very highly recommended.

I always find my visits to swimmart very satisfying. I find that the service, advice and interaction exceptional and extremely professional.
I also find that when I come into the store with a technical problem or I need to purchase something that that they are extremely honest in resolving my situation and not trying to trying to deceive me just to try and make a sale.
I prime and advise all my friends to go to Swimmart.

Often take pool water sample to be tested here. The guys there always know what I need to get the pool back into shape & explain things in an easy to understand manner. Highly Recommend

Brad from swimart Campbelltown come to our home and was nice enough to wait for me as I was running behind. He took the time to explain to me exactly what we needed to do in order to have out brand new pool up and running, where as the other company we purchased the pool from, failed us in explaining things clearly. Thank you Brad and thank you swimart.

My parents and I have been coming to Swimart for many, many years, as the service used to be great, but after how we've been treated just this past week, my parents and I will never return.

Overall, Swimart we were always happy with until a couple of months ago when our pool started turning green every few days. The situation was becoming frustrating after almost two months of trying to fix our pool, spending lots of money on chemicals without getting to the problem.

My dad was getting just as annoyed as I was that the pool wasn't improving so made a phone call. The 'manager' was extremely rude on the phone, raising his voice at my dad, and arguing that my dad was wrong.

A day later I posted about our experience on a local noticeboard, and asked people for recommendations because of our poor experience. The boss/owner from Swimart then called me. (Actually, he left me two voicemail messages, one telling me if my situation posted to a noticeboard needed to be pulled down or "I might be hearing from his lawyers".

Before even listening to why I was frustrated and how this situation could have been resolved, the owner had a go at me for a phone call I had with his manager (which I didn't even have - he wasn't clear about what had happened), told me my post was disgusting (which it wasn't, it was level headed as this is) and needed to be removed or he would see me in court, he wouldn't listen, told me that my dad and I were wrong, overall extremely rude. Not a great experience at all.

A message to the owner - when customers are let down by your business, you and your staff should be encouraged to try to help your customers, not fight with them. Apologise, don't argue, try and understand the complete picture and do your best to help. Advocacy (and we've always been loyal to your business) comes from not only selling your products but helping your customers, especially when things go wrong. Advocacy actually helps keep your customers, they buy more, speak more positively about you etc. But, the issue with the pool ended up being the least of our worries, it's more about how you treated us, and we are disgusted by that. No business should ever treat a good customer that way.

We've since been told we paid as much for the chlorinator repair as we could have purchased one new. And, also charged $200 more than what you quoted us. We've spent a lot of money in there not only this past month but over the years and to be treated so badly is disappointing.

This could have been resolved by helping us with the actual problem with the pool rather than continuing to just tell us to keep buying chemicals, that weren't going to fix the issue. From my perspective, your team didn't pick up on the issue, despite us trying to tell them it wasn't right. Then, charged us more, then followed this up by fighting us. You needed to handle this whole thing better.

I have been with Swimart Campbelltown for 5 years and have also been met with friendly helpful staff each time.
They are always helpful with any query and never pushy.
Would highly recommend them every time.

Rude and abrupt not interested in doing any water testing. I was a loyal customer of my local swimart store in Queensland. Cannot believe how I was treated by the grumpy old man who i encountered in the Campbelltown store.

Extremly friendly and professional staff who give sincere advice regarding repairs and pool care i highly recommend them as they never give you poor advice aandthey go out of their way to save you costs associated with your pool. Thanks guys keep up the good work i really appreciate the service and advice you have given me.would highly recommend.

Called in on sunday 2/2/2020 they where so helpful fixing a broken part for me at no cost i also required another part and they explained how to do all the plumbing he said if i could do i would save alot instead of them coming to the house all is fixed now they were a great help and saved me some dollars much appreciate all your help guys great service and advice both at the counter and over the phone thanks once again. I highly recommend this shop. Great advise and all round helpful. The man we spoke to advised us on a few things we didn't think of ourselves. He even went out of way to check for stock out the back and gave us a hand with everything. Great bunch of guys. Cheers.

I could not have asked for a more helpful and experienced team of pool care professionals. I've had a few challenges with my pool system and time after time the team goes above and beyond my expectations to deliver great service and support. I can't understand how anybody could give this shop a negative feedback. They are friendly, helpful and give good honest advice. I would not use another company for any of my pool needs. They always get it right with my pool problems so I would highly recommend to other pool owners.
