Very helpful gents. My pump wasn’t working and the gents in the counter advised me to replace the capacitor and they have in stock. Now pump works like new A+

My pool looked a bit cloudy, so took a sample of pool water to be tested and the advice given was exceptional. Added the chemicals as advised, cleaned the filter and pool is sparkling in 24 hours

The staff as per normal went over and above. Arranged a new salt water chlorine generator and sand filter to be installed on Christmas eve. Craig the tech who installed everything was superb.
These guys are not only great with advice, they are awesome with service.
First class in everything they do and if could give them a higher rating I would!

Very easy to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble. I just love the fact that pool is clean all year round. (Except when there is torrential rain.) Not Swimart's fault.

Jeff the technician analysed a long outstanding algae problem due to leaf matter dropping in my pool which has been a problem for 5 years. Got the phosphate level correct and been great ever since. Thanks Jeff

Swimart blacktown is a great store the people are friendly the service was amazing and they were very punctual with all the works I needed and required when I went into the store. They explained all the steps to me with my enquiry and found them very thorough. I have been going there for the past 5 years and have never had a issue with the staff or the service for that matter. I would highly recommend Swimart blacktown the prices are competitive compared to other places

Absolutely appalling communication. Never respond to emails. Never respond to calls. Claim to be the pool amd spa experts but does not have someone in house that can fix any issues even as small as replacing a seal.
I took my pump in to get a seal for. I showed them where it was leaking, i even sent two videos to show where the leak was and the seal to be replaced. I was told that no one there was remotely qualified to even look at the pump and he was coming in probably the following day and to leave the pump there. Ok it took him a couple of days to come in. No problem. They then sent me an invoice for 100 dollars LABOUR and another 68 dollars for the seal. At no point was a labour component mentioned considering i removed the pump, took it to the so called experts for a seal that no one knew anything about, showed them where the leak was from. Sent them videos and i had to pick it up and instal it back into my hot tub. I do all the work and pay them for it.
On top of this they send an invoice stating that parts would not be ordered or works will not start until the invoice was paid in FULL. Meanwhile they hold my 1000 dollar pump or there abouts as hostage.
A nice email response or phone call from a manager that was promised on multiple occasions never happened. They made money off the part and over priced labour. Never like seeing a business go down thr tube but with service like this i can't recommend to anybody.

Visited this morning, they provided exceptional help identifying an alternative filter for our spa which is extremely difficult to find. Very knowledgeable and friendly!

Can’t recommend Swimart Blacktown highly enough. My pool was losing water and they were out that day and fixed the issue.

Was pouring rain but that didn’t stop them. Would not go anywhere else for my pool equipment and servicing.

Great friendly staff and excellent value for money.

THE WORST POOL STORE/ SERVICE I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS. Constantly taking advantage of their client's and provide a 'band-aid' solution to your pool problems. They are just money hungry with inexperienced staff. I paid $840.00 for my pool that is green to be fixed and a day later the pool turned green again. I called the store and I was faced again with aggressive staff members. Absolutely appalling behaviour. They just charge an arm and a leg and then runaway with your money.

Glad to be back at Swimart Blacktown. Owner Andrew really knows his stuff and all his staff are friendly and easy to talk to. Will still occasionally visit his Minchinbury store to keep in touch. Can recommend them to help you out with any pool issues. 6 stars

I called up because my pool started to go green.
The person on the other end said they will have someone to investigate that afternoon.
At lunchtime a tech turned up and suggested it’s best to take the pump away to determine the best way forwards.
I got a call that afternoon to say the pump had been fixed and the tech is on his way back.
The pump went back in and they also gave me a few good pointers on how to better look after my pool.
Amazing service, it’s not often you come by a company that puts their customers first and goes out of their way to make sure your happy.
Many thanks!

I arranged for Swimart to make a service call because our spa pump had stopped working. The service call cost $150 and was paid for in advance.

When the repairer came on 28 November, he removed the pump. He said that he would need to check it out in the workshop to determine whether it was feasible to repair it or whether it required replacement. We discussed possible costs. I expected that - one way or another - we would have a working spa before Christmas.

Not having heard anything subsequently, on 11 December I called Swimart for an update. The person to whom I spoke - Gavin, I believe - said he would check what was happening and get back to me.

I heard nothing further, so called Swimart again at 9.38 am on 16 December. I explained that I had previously sought an update but was still awaiting a response. The lady to whom I spoke apologised. She said that she had "heard something about that" (although I was not sure what this meant). She undertook to chase up the position and call me back that day.

I didn't receive the promised call, so called Swimart again on 17 December and spoke with Gavin. I explained that this was my third call to try to get an update on what was happening in relation to our spa pump following the repairer's visit almost 3 weeks previously. Gavin said that he would check the position and call me back.

It is now 24 December, and I have still not received any of the calls promised.

I expected that it might take a few days for Swimart to check out the pump and advise as to what action should be taken. Almost 4 weeks without getting back to us seems an unacceptable delay.

What is worse is that Swimart has on 3 occasions undertaken to get back to me and update me as to the current position, yet has failed to do this.

I have now given up hope of getting a response, and it looks like my only option is to pursue the matter via Fair Trading. I can't believe that a business would virtually invite such a course.
