As newbie's to owning a pool the staff took there time to explain and answer all our questions would highly recommend them

Bit of a wait for service, then I think they gave me the wrong price on some spa sanitizer.

Went to swimmart shellharbour and Jessie was so helpful and got us everything we needed and explained how to use all the products we needed after testing our pool water.

I've never been treated so badly in a shop in Shellharbour. New to the area - just bought a spa, wanted my water tested. The man who served me was extremely rude, dismissive and vile towards me - not sure why (he was on the phone and maybe had some bad news) When I asked a question about the measuring of alkaline he said "I dunno, just guess" and about grey water he grunted "thats up to YOU" I was actually upset after going to this shop. He never gave me a bottle for re-testing or any help or advice at all - RUDE! Visited 31st Jan at 5pm.

Simon and the team are amazing in response to our pool issues large or small. They provide excellent customer service in a timely manner.

Huge praise for Swimart Shellharbour! My pool cleaner finally died after 6 1/2 years. I knew I had a promo 7 year warranty but no idea where my receipt was. Brenton searched the database and found the original sale for me. We discussed options as the last 4 years were a pro rata warranty which wouldn't have covered labour and I decided based on it's age to simply buy a new one, same model, which they sold to me for $300 LESS than the same one 7 years ago! They suggested I keep the perfectly good tyres and hose as spares for the new one as these aren't covered by warranty. The hose has also lasted 6 1/2 years while previous models split after 12 months. Great advice and great service.

I contacted Simon from Swim Mart from word of mouth that he was great to deal with.
Simon Explain to me about how the pool works and I found him easy to follow as I have never owned a pool before.
I wanted to update the solar system to a Heat Pump what we have found great.
Also Simon fixed other issues with our old pool.
Simon also teaches me how to run the pool and if I can’t do it or don’t have time he will come out and maintain it for a very reasonable fee.
Main thing Is the whole team from SwimMart is very good to deal with.

I have dealed with a few swimming pool stores in the past and I find Swimart oak flats Shellharbour to be an exceptional customer service experience. I returned to this business few days ago after many years and found it to be under new management, I was so impressed and grateful with their valuable help that from now on I won't need to and wouldn't want to go somewhere else. Thanks Simon and all the stuff for your great commitment to customer service.

The only professional pool service I trust. They know I have a German shepherd and are respectful of her space. Great clean pool, chemically balanced each and every time, with no frivolous unnecessary extras.
