This business is the best. The staff are amazingly smart & helpful and take the time to help you no matter what the query may be. The products are the best in industry and easy to use. The staff even carry your salt to your car. Brilliant location and convenient to park.

Great service, fixed my water pressure issue, lost 100 psi from dirty cartridge, got a product costing $29 and fixed my pressure problem, for some reason i thought it was going to be a big deal, nope all fixed

We have recently had a pool installed with a new freshwater system that wasn't explained to us very well from the installers. Since the weather has been warming up we really needed some local help and advice on how to best care for our pool. The level of customer service I received form Swimmart in New Lambton was better than I've received in a long time. Jess went above and beyond to gain the correct info and explain it to me in the simplest way. I will definitely be back and feel like they will help us through this 'new pool' journey so that we can enjoy it to the max! Thanks Swimmart!:)

Booked in for my pool to be cleaned and had to take the day off and shut down my shop to have it done. It’s been 4 hours since my appointment was booked in and I have yet to see them. No courtesy call or anything! Really horrible business practice here! And it’s now 5: 30pm and still no phone call to say they cannot make it or need to reschedule. Save your time shop somewhere else!

VERY SAD WITH THIS FIRM AS I PAID THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AND GOT VERY POOR RESULTS FROM JOB AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN COMPLAINED. SEEKING LEGAL ACTION WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM AND SHOULD MINERS STARS

Website and front door says open until 4pm Saturday. In reality they shut at 2pm and 'shut down' the 'water testing lab' (?) at 130.
You have lost a long term customer forever with the rude attitude displayed yesterday of having to rush out the door at 145 and refusing to serve customers from 130 onwards.
Bunnings will test your water and open all day.

Extremely poor customer service, rude manager and will lie and make excuses for why they do not do the job they are paid for.

I wouldn’t recommend their pool servicing to my worse enemy.

This company makes me really wish I could put down zero stars.
