We are very satisfied with the staff, the carpet advice we were given, the range of products available and the "swift' supply and installation of our carpet. The carpet installers were professional, friendly and efficient. They took away the old carpet and undelay and vacuumed the carpet after it had been laid. Most impressive.

Paid almost $2000 for carpet and install of one room. It’s like cheap seconds with 100’s of knots and threads hanging out of the carpet!
The old carpet and underlay left for us to rubbish/tip ourselves.
Wouldn’t recommend or purchase again from them

My experience with Swift Carpet Court leaves a lotto be desired.
Measuring guy was great, carpet laying was exceptional, but the experience left a lot to be desired. Customer Service is non existent.
Any communication was made by me. Carpet laying was over s period of 3 weeks with drawer and wardrobe contents piled in the ensuite. A nightmare. Yes, they were short on man power and one person was trying to do it all. We are in our 80’s so werent much help. A bit more communication between client and Store would have helped an uncomfortable situation.

They were very professional from the start to the end. Tania looked after us very well by giving us options under our budget. Very happy with the results thanks!

Greg and the team at Carpet Court are great to deal with and I highly recomend their services. I recently had carpet, blinds and hybrid clip lock flooring supplied and installed by Tweed Carpet Court and I couldn't be happier. The attention to detail by each installer was of a high standard and I couldn't fault anything. The Carpet installer put alot of time and effort into carpeting the stairs and it really showed as they look amazing. Competitive pricing and great workmanship. Can't recomend them enough.

Recently we had quickstep floating floor installed in our twelfth floor apartment. Tiles had to be removed in the hallway and kitchen areas.
The work was carried out in a very professional manner and caused minimal disturbance to the other fifteen floors in the building.
We can highly recommend the workmanship and friendliness of the fitters, for whom nothing was too much trouble.
We are completely satisfied with our finished floor and would highly recommend Carpet Court Tweed Heads, from the office staff to the tradesmen. The price was the best out of three other flooring specialists, for the same product.
