After making a silly mistake with my order where I ended up with two separate orders and purchasing something I didn't need, I received a phone call from a lovely lady who offered to combine the two orders and provide a refund for some of the postage and the unnecessary item. I don't normally leave reviews but it was just very nice that she decided to follow up when I had made the mistake, I was very appreciative!

Recently shopped here for a group function (gingerbread house decorating) and they had a great selection of lollies and chocolates in bulk, but some things you could buy single of too which was great. They had other great things too like Christmas hampers. Polite pricing, friendly staff and a clean and tidy store. I will definately shop here again and recommend to others.

Sweeties lost our order (they put our order in the Auspost pickup basket instead of the courier one) made for a sponsor booth at a recent client conference, then instead of sending a new order when they realised the error was made, they tried to cover it up, knowing very well that the products were needed 7 days from the order date. When I called to ask about the order on the 7th day not only was I put on hold for two 10 minute spaces, but when a woman named Sharon finally answered I asked her if they could send a new order by courier and worry about the lost order separately (which I would say meets normal service standards) she said it wasn't a part of their policy and tried to cover up the mistake by saying they have a 10 day shipping policy. Sharon also stated that it took Auspost a few days to locate the order and it was a public holiday in Sydney (the conference was in Qld) so that would extend the 10 days out another few days.

I had to end the call as Sharon was not providing friendly assistance.

We ended up with an empty sponsor booth for the entire conference as we were unable to source what we ordered locally.

Excellent lolly warehouse. You can find Allen's 1kg or bigger bags of lollies, red frogsand snakes, 1.3kg for $10.93 this week, 3/4/21. Red licorice, lemon sherbets, fizzers, wicked fizz, boxes of jelly belly, all soooo delicious. Chocolates, chips, drinks and party goods also available. Occasionally some clearance items too.

I walked in and immediately got diabetes. Would definitely recommend. Gonna lose my foot. Worth it.

Best place to pick up all your party supplies. I have been coming here for years as they have a fantastic selection of lollies, jars for displays, nz pineapple lumps. The customer service is awesome too, she is so helpful.

So many potential fillings, so many insulin injections, so many extra unnecessary kilograms, so many colour and sugar induced behavioural problems in your children!

Huge selection of candy and beverages to explore. Most things come in bulk at a very good price, some other items are available in smaller single consumer packaging but are also priced very respectably.
