Office people were extremely nasty, no conscience, no remorse, bullying attitude, don't know the basics of customer care and service even

Rude, arrogant, and extremely bullying attitude of the management.

Think the are the king and can treat the customers whatever their mood swings tell them.

Not at all happy with them, extremely prices, no willing to provide the estimate of repair, the guy was it can take 0 to 100 hours just for job of Aircon fan replacement. Having real crocks and cheats attitude. Just get the customer's foot in and then milk them but charging excessive hours at hefty rate

Very good service I found at their Tempe store. Will keep you up to date with special orders and rare parts. Polite and ready to assist. I rely on them for my BMW parts which are difficult to find. Either I buy online from America or just call SWEA, most parts are available and at a lower price without the overseas shipment costs. My cars are happy and projects can be completed because parts are readily available. Give them a call…

On a recent service I needed a serpentine belt for my vintage Mercedes w124. I went to “ShityCheap” and of course the belt I had to order & wait for was incorrect. So I popped into the real professionals at SWEA and got the correct belt which was much better quality, cheaper and in stock. The staff at SWEA are knowledgeable, friendly and fast. Very good for enthusiasts & home mechanics. A lot of parts are right there in stock. Highly recommend. Thanks lads, see you again soon.

Not happy. Enquired about an E46 M3 they were wrecking on Gumtree and asked for photos of the parts I wanted. They said they would get back to me with photos and for me to send them my email address. After numerous days I followed up and they said they needed 'to get access to the car'. A few days later I followed up again, only to be told that the parts I wanted had been sold. No apology, just a complete waste of time. Very frustrating experience and an overall bad attitude towards customer service. Don't bother or waste your time with these basket cases.

I get my Renault van serviced at the workshop here, jobs are always done promptly and thoroughly, the team offer an exceptional service with a rate that reflects this fairly.
Their new parts shop is well stocked with high quality hard parts and fluids / additives and the team behind the counter are knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Excellent service and quality parts, workers really knw what they are talking about. Would not look elsewhere for European new and used parts.

Purchased a used engine from this mob, was really surprised at the quality vs.the price i paid.

They fixed a problem with my computer that a few others had failed to fix. Couldn’t recommend them enough

Fitted me in for a quick repair even with reduced staff and a lot of work. Took me to the workshop to show me things that would need fixing in the future.
Very honest and reliable, and now my regular mechanic. Very professional work.

The service guys were brilliant with my Sprinter. A quite challenging intermittent issue was found after MB computer diagnosis was inconclusive. I have to recommend anyone with a Sprinter or other similar type vehicles to use these guys for servicing as they live and breathe these.

3 times in a row I’ve been surprised At the speed of the repairs, the affordable price, and the dudes talking to me like a normal human being. Really like this place

Terrible customer service, and business practices.
Messaged a number of times on eBay and through website with no reply. When I decided to spend my Saturday away from my family and drive for over an hour to visit the car yard. I arrived at 12: 10pm. Apparently they knock off at midday and although there was somebody in the office he wasn’t able to help me out.
I wouldn’t waste my time again with these people. Shitshow!

These guys are fantastic. Ivan and the crew fixed my Mercedes Sprinter without any problems. After it was garaged for over 5 years when taken to someone else. Very fair on pricing and very honest. Defnitley reccomend SWEA European Experts Sydney

Bad customer service. Work on car was not done properly. Loose change was missing out of centre console. Not a little bit of change was over $100 in coin. I do not recommend them and never will go back again. NEVER AGAIN!

Lousy service lousy reply tried ordering parts here and all I got was a could not be bothered attitude with only two main suppliers in Sydney I urge people seeking Merc parts to avoid this place and call Melb if you want anything this place is just not helpful
