Buying stuff of Swarts for more than 2 years now. The quality of the products ist as good as any major brand if not better and the service is excellent.

Bought the 12" sliding mitre saw and found it to be excellent value and Swarts tools delivered very promptly and gave great after sales service

Have been using Swarts thin cut off and grinding discs (mainly 125mm) now for a couple of years and found them to be just as good if not better than some of the big brands and at a great price.

I have purchased pretty well most of Swarts Tools has had to offer over a number of years. Other than great value and well made equipment I have found the staff there really helpful and friendly - rare to come across these days. On one occasion the drop saw extension table, that I had purchased, had a slight defect - I called them and they asked to bring it in – I did so and without hesitation they offered me a replacement. Not only that there was a newer model coming out, with an additional feature, and if I was prepared to wait a few weeks they would offer me that at no extra cost. I took up that offer and they also said I could keep the old one as well. That is really smart business and customer service as I have spread the word on many occasions. Are use their tools both professionally and personally.

I purchased a bundle of the compound mitre saw, stand plus the shop vac. The stand was back-ordered and would be a few extra weeks to arrive, but Swarts were quite happy to ship the parts out separately as they were available instead of making me wait for all the parts and a single shipment.

The base of the saw had a manufacturing fault - these things happen - and Swarts handled it quickly and professionally, sending me a replacement plus an extra saw blade for my troubles.

When I asked about an adapter to attach the shop vac to the saw for dust collection, they provided me one for just the cost of shipping.

Whenever I need a new tool, I first check it Swarts have what I need. I am eagerly hoping they expand their range.

I have recently had a problem with a dual saw and after contacting Swarts Tools they have agreed to fix the problem no problem
This is much appreciated and I would say they are very conscious of good customer relations for future growth
