Swansea Swim Centre reviews
16Well run. Pleasant non-busy atmosphere. Beautiful, clean water. Tidy change rooms. Rarely more than two in each lane. Great shaded kids pool and water play area. Street parking not a problem.
Pool temperature perfect for lap swimming, water is very clean, great facilities and grass areas. Very nice pool.
We love the Swansea swim centre. Our kids do weekly swimming lessons there and we also attend as a family. Staff are friendly, the facility is always clean. Nothing but glowing review from our tribe!
Fantastic pool facilities with friendly and helpful staff. The heated pools were great with kids and the water play area was loads of fun for them too.
I really enjoy this place! The pools are always clean, the environment is kept tidy and staff are friendly and very helpful. They usually have hot food sold around 11 or 12 but don't anymore. They do allow you to leave temporarily to get food and bring it back in.
Great facilities with a kiosk, life guards, 50 metre pool, a smaller 10 metre (i think) pool with a warmer temperature for the kids thatbhas a maximum depth of 1.2 metres and a seperate water play area for toddlers and smaller children.it also has plenty of undercover seating and a grandstand for swimming events.the staff are very friendly and helpful.the only downside is parking is on street and can often be a small walk away.
It's a smaller pool than some of the other local ones, however it also had less people than the other, so was very enjoyable. Staff were very friendly, like they actually wanted to be there. Heated pool for the kids was great, and appeared to be newly renovated, clean, ec. Shade over the pools was a plus. A very enjoyable experience, we'd come back again.
The smaller pool was a perfect temperature for walking and swimming after hip replacement surgery. Clean showers. Excellent venue.
My 2 yr old son began turtles swim lessons because mums & bubs was full so they put us in the next class turtles that still required a parent in the pool. First lesson was good normal. Every lesson following we were not acknowledged or greeted. My son was totally ignored every lesson. No instruction whatsoever from Martine the instructor. All the while every other child was benefiting with constant attention from Martine and her assistant. We have requested a refund for the remainder of the term and wish to inform the centre and other parents considering this swim class to be doubtful of a good outcome for your child from our personal experience with Swansea swim Centre.
T Shiels.
Aqua aerobics is great non weight bearing exercise that gets your pulse up and gives some toning to your muscles!
Great place to take the family has three different size pools from baby toddlers to 7 lane Olympic size pool, recently renovated BBQ’s and shade sails over some pools
Nice clean faccilites, heated pool, swim lessons for kids. Close to shops in Swansea town center.

Perfect summer swim of you have had enough of the sand in your pants from the beach.
Staff have always been lovely.
I go here 3 times a year to practice my backstroke. I still can't get the hang of it and keep hitting the side of the pool. I think it's because I'm too worried about getting pool water in my nose. I'll get there
Wish they still had pools like this in sydney. Low cost, family friendly and with a classic tuck shop that took me back to my childhood.
