Thank you Sanjay for a rejuvenating, relaxing and enlightening weekend. I came to unwind and reconnect with myself and I came away with far more than expected.
It was wonderful meeting Swami in person after watching her on TV in the 1970's. I enjoyed yoga and learned abdominal massage techniques that improve digestion and release bloating - exactly what I needed.with the wonderful Michelle Pery. I felt my body and mind calm with the daily yoga. I learned so much from Cam's Tai Chi and nutritional talks. Gavin's aromatherapy massage and energy healing was one of the best treatments I've ever had and highly recommended. The vegetarian food was sooo cooked with love and nourished my body and soul. I found it difficult to leave your homely retreat, but I will definitely be back for more of the same please!

Spent a weekend here and really enjoyed getting out of the city bustle. I found the facilities just right; rooms had comfy beds and ensuites to make the stay comfortable, but don't expect a TV or other hotel amenities. (That said, there were plenty of powerpoints!)

Retreats don't run on a set schedule (people can come and go on different days) but if you go along expecting to go with the flow and enjoy something different to your everyday schedule you will enjoy it. The classes were very different to ones I'd normally do at home, so it was a change of pace.

The vegetarian meals were delicious (and homemade chai at night was a treat).

Ideal escape from everyday life. Amazingly spacious purpose built rooms amongst a wild bush setting. Wonderful company of like-minded people whilst swimming, walking, relaxing, community eating, best massage ever. Or study to become a yogi in the perfect environment for that journey. Can't wait to go again. Julie
