I had the distinct pleasure of hiring Scott (SWAG Plumbing Baulkham Hills) a plumber with remarkable expertise and an unmistakable touch of swag. Despite having a tight schedule, Scott went out of his way to make time to address my plumbing concerns, popping in after concluding a previous job.

Upon arrival, he promptly diagnosed the issue at hand and presented me with a well-considered plan. He offered me a choice to either proceed with the existing tools or to bring in a larger truck, pump, and crew. Although the latter option was admittedly more expensive, it became evident in hindsight that it was the most viable solution.

The problem turned out to be more complex than initially anticipated - a tree had been planted on the overflow relief gully, hiding it from view and causing the blockage. This unexpected complication, however, did not deter Scott; he rose to the challenge, showing his true prowess as a plumber and problem-solver.

Exhibiting both care and expertise, Scott painstakingly winched the tree off the gully. The process was executed so meticulously that both the overflow relief gully was saved and the blockage was cleared, a result that I had not thought possible.

His professionalism extended beyond simply rectifying the issue. He provided unparalleled customer service, always ensuring I was comfortable with the next steps and costs involved. His ability to diagnose problems accurately and to communicate transparently inspired a great deal of trust.

Scott was great from the get-go to deal to deal with. He came as a recommendation and did not disappoint.
We contacted Scott due to a foul smell when running our shower over the past few days. He was upfront with costings and possible work that may need to get done.

I have had Scott from SWAG Plumbing come to my rescue many times over the past few years. Whether its a burst water pipe or a small issue with a tap he is always contactable and very helpful. He will come and check out the problem then go and source any replacement items for me.

Most times when Ive needed help he can come the same day. But if for any reason he cant come that day he is up front about it and keeps in touch as to his arrival time.

Ive used this business a number of times, but not anymore. They walk away from issues and tell lies. And in response to your response, considering customers to be a "problem" is at the least a very unprofessional approach. And my simple job was fixed very quickly and properly by another plumber thank you.

Scott installed four 1000 litre poly water tanks for me recently. He worked with me to find the best solution for my desire to harvest rainwater. He installed an excellent pump for the tanks, which is even better than the pump on my main water supply. Scott worked tirelessly and completed an outstanding job for a reasonable price.
