We are very happy with our new kitchen and bar. Svelte was the only kitchen company that listened to what we wanted. There was no high pressure sales talk. They are professional and communicated with us daily so we knew exactly what was being done each day. They are very easy to work with and assisted us in every way. I was impressed with the professionalism of Jim, George (project manager) and their team in getting my kitchen and laundry renovation done on time (as promised). Both were very communicative and responsive during the process. I was also delighted with the outcome, and would highly recommend.

I purchased my kitchen a few months ago and I initially had many of these design appointments with other companys. Jim was by far the best he wasn’t pushy like others and even though I changed my mind on things many of times he was very patient with me. George has also been great and prompt with replying to emails and all my needs/questions answered. The kitchen quality is high and the kitchen looks great, even better then I imagined.

Jim was the only kitchen designer that understood my vision. Not only did we flip a kitchen we turned a drab laundry into a functional butlers and euro laundry, cabinetry to match in all 3 renovated bathrooms and then add a wine cellar, all bespoke to match the life of this family home. Attention to detail and accuracy were always Jim’s focus, his patience and professionalism with everything including my changes and questions in my ever evolving design were never an issue, he always had a solution. Timing was perfect, trades were on time, on point and accurate. This has been a massive renovation with a 3rd party project manager; the smoothness of this build emulates the communication and partnership skills Svelte Kitchens offer. Highest recommendations for a unique high end kitchen that has left every single person who sees it in awe and very jealous.
