12Spotted this place while shopping at coles. Beef burger was awesome. Best I've had. Chips were good too.
The place was empty, we thought we would give it a go at the Kincumber restaurant
The burgers were dry, tasteless and not very nice at all.
Then passing one day at the i noticed it was empty and the girl behind the register was doing her hair!
No I would not recommend this establishment
The food was great however the service needs attention! I walked in and smiled at the red haired girl behind the counter and asked her how she was going and she just gave me a blank vacant stare and said nothing, so I read out my order and she said two things “what’s your name” and “all good” no smile, no thank you, no how are you, no it won’t be long… nothing.
This was nothing like the Suzie Duke stores in Sydney. I normally love going there for a big delicious burger but this one had hardly any sauce or chicken. They even skimped out on the coleslaw. It left me feeling pretty disappointed.
Burger was really good. Milkshake was made well but the Nutella flavour didn't taste like Nutella - tasted more like cheap Easter chocolate. Service was OK - not rude but not nice either.
Awesome burgers, friendly staff and reasonably priced. Defiantly will be coming back! Would recommend
Delicious burgers and fries with cheese sauce. Service was great, polite and professional. Definitely recommend!
Look all the undercooked patty comments I have never ever experienced this and am a daily customer at this current time, just a friendly reminder if you do get an undercooked patty never be afraid to ask to get a cooked one and always be friendly to the staff because humans make errors too.
Absolutely the best burger I've had since I was a young fella bloody outstanding do your self a favour and give it a crack I'll definitely be back

The food was great, the meat patties were a great size and cheese and bacon chips are mouth watering. I can’t recommend this place enough, I have eaten here twice this week already!
Verry underwhelming, i had high expectatins for this place, i had the duke burger, verry small Pattie an not much flavour, verry disappointing, i expected a good range of burgers but just a couple of basic beef an chicken selections, i wont be back.
