Suzie Dukes reviews
49 Been coming here every now and then since I moved close by in September, and not ONCE have I had a single complaint. No mistakes, ever. My Mrs.and I spend exactly $30 whenever we come here, because the chips are a good enough size for 2 with one meal. The burgers are delicious, chips always hot and crispy, and I absolutely love it here. Expectations aren't too high for a fast food chain, but these guys have really raised the ceiling on quality IMO.
The boss is lovely as well, which is always a good sign because you know the workers are likely going to do their best for him.
Food was so delicious and filling, the staff were also extremely kind. Would highly recommend!
I used to really talk up Suzie Duke's burgers but, at this location at least, the quality is pretty bad. Still better than maccas and other fast food joints but definitely not as fresh as they used to be back in Ingleburn.
Not the best experience, customer service at the counter was horrible, the person did t even add the sauce for the meal.
I returned to Suzie dukes a while after the ingleburn store closed. The quality of the food was never this bad. This spot was my go to for burgers at the time of Covid lockdown. Their fried chicken was my favourite but the current chicken burger they have is on the same level as a chicken burger from a school cafeteria. It was dry and the lettuce was not fresh and tasted too bitter, the buns have dropped in quality and the chicken and sauce was under seasoned, same went for the chicken tenders, dry and not seasoned. If you’re gonna drop the quality of the food, drop the prices too. Chubby buns is way better for a local burger.
The place is very nice where the service is very much well done, the food is great and ordering doesn’t take too long overall the place was amazing
The burger patty was little too oily for a burger
Taste ok
But can be better and they need more variety in chicken burgers
Came to Sukie Dukes again for the mi goreng burger since my boyfriend loves mi goreng. His burger was good, the chicken inside was massive and crispy. Unfortunately the mi goreng didn’t taste freshly made. We think they thought there would be heaps of these burgers ordered and had it pre made to the side. It was unfortunate and I feel when selling mi goreng it has to be made to order, can’t be pre prepared. I got the Duke burger. I enjoyed it, nothing bad to say about that but I was super sad when my cheesy fries came out and I’d realised they changed their cheese sauce. The last time I had their cheesy fries was at their old Ingleburn shop. Whatever you were doing at Ingleburn do it at Minto please! The cheesy fries were my favourite and now they are very tasteless and underwhelming. Other than that, staff were super friendly and nice, place was clean, tables weren’t left with food scraps. Hopefully next time we go there has been some minor changes to their food:)
The burgers are better than your usual takeaways from Maccas or Hungry Jacks.
The beef used for the patty is not greasy nor bland.
The chips have lost its glory though. Overall, I still prefer this over Big Mac or Whopper.
So it was a bright sunny day and I just came back from my grandmother’s funeral and I walk into Ingleburn to visit the famous suzie dukes to pay homage to my grandma suzie. I wanted to eat her out one last time so I decide to order the fiesta burger hoping it would be beautiful just like her but it came back just like her just after the cremation. Burnt and ashy. RIP to the cow and Suzie
Omg this place used to be the best. But tonight it was just a mess. We should have taken the hint from seeing no customers. I have never seen such a burnt patty, disgusting chips and just horrible food. Pretty disappointing seeming we drove 25 minutes to get there. I understand that some places have to pre cook and then cook again but this food was triples cooked and burnt. Sorry to leave this review but we were looking so forward to eating here.
Used to be our family’s “go to” unfortunately the prices have been jacked up 20% in the last month so unfortunately will be going else where, burgers are great but doesn’t represent good value.
Easily the best burger in town, that double cheese burger is To die for!
Meat was medium rare!
If anything and it a personal preference alittle more sauce & white onion over purple.
9/10 for me.
Used to love the fat chips best in Ingleburn so I was soo disappointed yesterday when I bought chips and they were shoe string fries and not up to the standard of the fat chips. I hope they get them back soon cause I won’t be buying chips until they do
Ordered a haloumi burger and got a duke burger with over cooked beef
Staff obviously don't listen to what you want thought ok don't worry but then disappointed with the quality
Very nice burgers at a decent price. I do find the hot chips a little too oily though. I recommend their chicken burgers, the duke and cheeseburger.
The best halloumi burgers I have ever had, I am constantly craving it! Their chicken is amazing too but it doesn’t beat their halloumi. I have been here many times and their customer service has always been so friendly. Their burgers are huge and their price is very reasonable. I have recommended this place to many people and they have all loved it.
If you're in the mood for local, fried American style chicken, chips and burgers and deep fried chocolate bars. This is it. You'll feel guilty afterwards, but it's worth it
Burgers were average but chips and service bumped up the.
Staff were super friendly, had nothing to fault with their service. Was not too busy when I went during a Tuesday evening.
I had the duke burger which was good but not great. The photo had a tomato in the burger but the description didn’t state there was tomato, I still asked for the burger without tomato but the staff must’ve forgotten because came with. No big deal though, just picked it out and my friend ate it haha (nitpicking to find a fault in their service, lovely lovely staff though).
My friend had a chicken burger which she enjoyed but said it was a little dry assuming they were using breast meat.
CHIPS! I got the cheese and bacon chips and the chips were to die for! Crispy and soooo good would come back just for their chips
Also tried out their matcha shake which was good!
One of my favourite burger places, they have an exciting special every 2 weeks.
So many favourites… loaded fries, fried chicken, donuts, fried Tim Tams and milkshakes.
This is the recent special one of my top 3 burgers, the Migoeng Burger.the best…
