Great experience getting my Escape serviced here. Highly recommend the courtesy of the team and hospitality as I needed to wait while the work was performed. Much better service than other dealer service centres I’ve used in the past. Thanks Suttons team!

No other Ford has ever delivered the exceptional service the team at Sutton’s do.
They have been nothing short of amazing, helpful. They explain things to me and let me ask a thousand questions if I’m not sure without making me feel silly.
I found my home for servicing well and truly this team are amazing.

Ford Suttons could not be more happier with the service.
Service adviser Gianni kept myself will.informed.of what needed to be done, and the cost.

Gianni is an asset to Sutton's great people.skills and I was admitted to Hospital and was unable to pick-up the car and Gianna no problem pick it up when you can and a speedy recovery.

Highly. Reccomend Sutton's Ford Service Homebush. Will be purchasing a New Ford in the near future and will.continue to Get Service Done their.

Talking with Henrick and Johnny was an absolute pleasure! Both Henrick and Johnny are extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, both professional. The buying process of my Mustang was simple and straight forward. The best part – Johnny stayed in touch with me the entire time which only made the buying experience even more enjoyable.

The customer service was excellent, the car delivery process was great, just know they make it easy and look after you from start to finish at Suttons Homebush. I highly recommend you talk to Henrick and Johnny if you are considering buying a new Ford.

I've been to Suttons Homebush many times and the first time I've been so DISAPPOINTED and ANGRY with Sam from the workshop. I hope relevant departments will pay attention.

I bought my car from them in October 2021, during which the roller shelter had several problems. Today I came to them again because the roller shelter could not close properly. Sam from the car repair department was very rude and kept stressing that it had nothing to do with them. He said I would need to pay $4000 to fix it at my own expense. I said it was a problem with the manufacturing, which caused it to not close tightly, there was a gap, and it would leak when it rained. Sam even said that the roller shelter is not waterproof in the first place, and it was my BAD LUCK that I bought this car. What he meant was that I caused the roller to fail and he also asked me to go to other Ford dealers. I repeatedly asked him who your manager was, but HE CLAIMED TO BE THE MANAGER.

Luckily I found last year's video chips and emailed it to John. The video proved it was a manufacturing defect and John asked me to come over for repairs next week. I never thought that such a problem would become so troublesome, I hope it can be properly resolved as soon as possible.

幸好我找到了去年的视频,并电邮发送给了John。视频证明了这是manufacture defect,John让我下周过来维修。我从没想过一个维修的问题会变得这么麻烦,希望可以尽快的妥善解决。

I purchased a $65,000 Mustang from these guys in June, the sales process was very smooth. After taking possession of the car, I noticed that the A/C came on but didn't go cold. I wasn't worried as it was winter. In October I took it to my local A/C guy and he informed me that a major component was missing from the A/C. I contacted Suttons about getting this repaired under warranty and Michael the GM took care of everything for me. The Service Centre at Powell Street is like a hotel for cars! It is state of the art and the staff there are professional and courteous. I was supplied with a nice loan car while my car was fixed. The pick up process the following morning was smooth and professional again. So if you're reading this review and deciding if you should buy from Suttons, think of the after sales service that you might need when buying a used car, these guys nailed it and that's what you want. Based on this, I fully recommend purchasing a vehicle from Suttons Ford Homebush.

The service from Johnny from the moment we entered was great. Let us take the ranger for a test drive, wasn’t pressuring us into buying anything there and then. He followed up a couple days later which led to a sale. Very happy customer!

Just picked up my next gen XLT from Johnny and all I can say is what an amazing experience! I traveled from Canberra to buy (cause dealerships here are rubbish) and will continue to see Johnny for all my future purchases! 11/10 highly recommend!
