Hi. Just wanted to share our experience with your salesperson, Zarfar. His knowledge of the product and passion for the brand was amazing. Now while we didn't purchase the Crosstrek, he was by far the best salesperson we encountered and we test drove models from Hyundai, Mazda, Peugeot, Toyota and VW, so that is saying something. If we are in the market for another vehicle, I hope Zarar is with Subaru.

Recently pick up my Subaru forester from Suttons. Zafar had impeccable service and was super helpful throughout the whole process of buying. The whole family loves the car and I would definitely recommend for those looking to buy a car:)

It’s our first time to buy a car here in Sydney. Zafar has been a huge help with our purchase, he is like a walking Subaru manual, he knows every in and out, and has solid answers to every question we have. He’s confident to voice out his suggestions but would let you decide what’s best for you.

One of the downsides though is that we were “given” car mats, and weeks after we’ve gotten the car, the mats have not arrived yet.

Edit: Mats arrived! Yey!

Do a good job of servicing the vehicles. Very organised. Even wash the car and vacuum for free. Included is free map update and free road side assist for twelve months

Rang because my daughter's Subaru had an issue. Service lady had no idea about my question and told me someone will call me to help me as car was disabled. Never got a call back. Rang elsewhere and was helped straight away. Do not deal with this dealership.

Car rebooked for extra work. Asked that they ensure the parts were ordered. Arrived today to find that the parts had NOT been ordered and so work could not be done in timely manner. Very disappointed.
Overpriced.
Will not be returning.

This is our 4th Subaru purchase and we have always had a great experience. Andy Ho was our sales rep and nothing was too much trouble for him - he is so helpful. The whole process was just seamless and in this current market you can’t go past a Forester.
So ecstatic that they still come with a full spare tyre.
Keep up the 5 star star service and we’ll keep coming back

I just purchased a Subaru Outback. It seems to be a beautiful car, with a host of features which are logically set out and easy to become acquainted with. It's early days but I think I will love it.

The salesman I dealt with, Andy Ho, was superb. Decent, straightforward, helpful and relaxed in his belief of the quality of the car. He went out of his way to help after the sale had been made. I have nothing but praise for him.

Sadly the service department seems way below the standard set by the car and Andy. Yesterday I made multiple calls to try and book our first follow-up visit but got nowhere. I'd be told I was number 2 on the waiting list, then number one and then be disconnected. On a second attempt I went from being number one on the queue to number 2. Eventually a girl who was from elsewhere in the organisation picked up the call. She got my details and said the service team would contact me, which they didn't. I have booked the review with another dealer.

As a follow-up Ash Falzon Customer Care Manager Manager contacted after this review and arranged for the first visit which occurred today. We were treated very well. Special thanks to Robert Venticinique the Workshop Manager. Suttons has great people. Sometimes their system fails the people. My experience at multiple levels has been excellent

Very good customer service from Zafar which made the decision very easy for me. Communication was good. He was quick to respond to any questions that I had. He was knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about.

I had a service done by Suttons at Woolloomooloo a year ago on a 2013 Outback and they neglected to tighten the wheel nuts afterwards. The service manager there, who is now at Arncliffe, was very embarrassed and offered a free logbook service in compensation. I just tried to redeem this offer and was told that because logbook services need to be done every 6 months they would not honour this. Clearly they are using a technicality to weasel out of a commitment. I thought Suttons were better operators than this.

A big thank you to Amit Chowdhury who helped us purchase our Subaru Forester, displayed such a professional and warm approach in helping accomodate our needs to purchase what we needed as well as making the whole process smooth and easy. Couldn't recommend him and the beautiful team enough.

I wanted to purchase the new WRX so visited my local Subaru dealer. Won't say where but they were rated 5-stars with 5-star salesmen. Walked out of there upset and very bitter by the lowball offer on my trade-in vehicle and absurdly high interest rate on finance.

Visited a second dealer. Another 5-star dealer with highly rated salesmen. Walked out of there because they kept pressuring me to sign things and pay the deposit there and then without giving me the exact details about the finance. Almost threatened, really.

Then I looked up other dealers and found Suttons in Arncliffe. It's a 1 hour drive from my place so I sent them an email enquiry. Andy got back to me within 20minutes and I was on the phone with him. No unnecessary this or that, no stories about the current car market or any of the sales pitch stories I heard from the other dealers - right away he was direct and straight to the point. Which model, trim, colour. Then he told me when I can expect the vehicle if I placed the order. A few days later, after a bit of back and forth to confirm some details - I paid my deposit and placed the order for the car. Without even meeting Andy.

Throughout the process of getting the vehicle delivered Andy provided regular updates and he was professional, quick and most of all, no BS. Heck I changed the colour of my vehicle a month after I placed the order and yet he got it sorted it out for me, no issues at all.

From my experience Andy is a guy who really looks out for you and is very professional, knowledgable and efficient. Even if Arncliffe is a bit far from you, if you're thinking of getting a Subaru, I'd highly recommend getting in touch with Andy. It was definitely worth it for me and I'm loving my WRX.
