66I had an exceptional time at Sutherland Volkswagen! From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted by Brenda with a smile. I cannot recommend Brenda enough, she is extremely attentive and helpful. Go and see her boys and girls?
Our Tiguan had an issue requiring us to have the car towed to Sutherland VW for repair. Despite not having an appointment, they took the car and examined it for us, for which I am grateful. The process became frustrating when one of the team, despite agreeing on several occasions to ring me back with information, did not ever ring me back. This builds distrust and frustration.
Finally, I was able to speak to a service manager, Khalid. His customer service was excellent. He has rung me back twice with updated information and followed up on my case. I'm very grateful to Khalid for listening to my concerns, keeping me informed and following up on my case.
I purchased a new Volkswagen and I have to say everything was handled extremely professional and if you are lucky enough to be served by Alysha you will know exactly what I’m talking about.
(STEALING MY CAR IN FRONTOF MY EYES EVEN WHEN I SAID I DONT WANT YOU TO TOUCH MY CAR ANYMORE I DONT TRUST YOU ANYMORE YOU PUT MY FAMILY'S LIFE IN DANGER) I wish I could give zero star to them, the most irresponsible, unperfecional, and rude, they play nice till they get money from you, worst experience ever, we expected much more from volkswagen but unfortunately these people ruined it for everyone, I was there about last month to chang battry for 2013 golf I paid about$550 which is a lot of money for battry but i thought thats fine im paying more but i can get beeter customer service because its VW, after one hour I left all of the sudden all the errors on my dash puped up, and I called them and I took the car next day because I wasn't happy about the service to get refund when they said they dont refund they took my car without my permission even when I was telling lady tell them to bring my car back 5 or 6 time I don't want you to do anything with my car i dont trust you anymore you put my family'slife in danger, she (BRANDA) was yelled at me and refused, they just stole my car right in front of my eyes, after when i said ok yI felt so powerles and bad, AND it's been over 2 months I asked for service record history eventide I called the ladie (BRANDA) said our system is down, ill send it today, tomorrow, and it's been nearly 2 months, but they didn't send me anything.
I bought my car from them in 2017 and I took my car for services and every other issues to them even though its like hour and half from where I live, I thought that's nice thing to do being loyal, every time I took the car had issue for warranty there was only one answer, NOT COVERED, im talking to thoese who buys car from them and so happy, wait till you get there to get service.
Dan and Sabrina did a wonderful job. Got us in the car we wanted, for a great price on both the car and the trade in, with wonderful finance terms. Highly recommended.

Absolutely not worth wasting time with them, may be they don’t know how to close the deal or not trained properly.
Dealt with Sabrina, made an offer and she hung up without giving counter offer and wanted to me put deposit.

I had my 2003 Beetle serviced here with a highly pleasant experience, They had notified me of all problems and had dealt with it swiftly to get me back on the road, Talyah was exceptional in handling the situation and explained everything i needed to know to feel safe and confident that my car was in good hands. I will be back when anything else occurs as the car is running like a dream feels like a porsche!

Our Amarok is about to go back to service for the THiRD time. First time they had it for two months, we had it back for less than 24 hours and it was still leaking oil. This time had it back for 48 hours and its in limp mode. No call from the Service manager no sorry. Their customer service is an absolute joke. We paid $8000 for this "service"
