Dissafied with their service. First off, they take in customers without appointment which is good but keep you waiting if all the staff is busy, it’s frustrating to wait for half an hour for something that takes literally 5 mins. I went in for eye brow wax and was attended by the owner Susan, it’s sad to say that I was not satisfied by how my wax was done so when I was telling her I can still see hair at unwanted places (because I’m paying you), she kept saying sorry I spent 20min on you for something that could have been done in 2-3 mins. Despite paying money for this treatment, if this is the kind of treatment you recieve especially from the owner, I would recommend do not go when they are overworked because they will not do justice to how much money you are giving them and still not be happy with the result. At least I am not and will never go for any other treatment even if it’s cheap.

I have had two haircuts and two full head hair foil sessions so far at Susan’s. I was not disappointed with the results or the price even once. Thank you Susan for always being so attentive and fair towards your regulars and new customers. Your staff’s attentiveness, service and attitude is just

Very please with the outcome of my hair after the time at Susan Hair and Beauty Salon.

As i was long overdue for a cut, my hair was very dry but it has come out beautifully. One lovely lady did an amazing job at adding curls and texture to my hair as well!

Will definitely recommend to anyone needing a relaxing and comfortable change.

Susan performed some actual magic on my hair! I walked in with very dry hair that lacked shape, and she was able to do such a good job of bringing it back to life! She was also able to do it so quickly and at a really reasonable price. I'm so happy and would recommend her to anyone in Sydney.

I love the colour that susan recommended! It’s been few years I didn’t colour my hair and this experience definitely brings me back to coloured hair again. I have natural black/dark brown hair. Susan is very experienced and helped me to get the lighter colour I want, without bleaching which I don’t want. Will back again and thinking straightening my hair here too!

Colour and cut are both good. Just very busy last time so took a long time. Now I come early and its quieter. Susan gives great and honest opinions on how you should do your hair. I like it.

Went to Susan after how happy my girlfriend was with her style cut. I had my long lockdown locks and wanted to hold on to them. Hair is still long as I wanted, but cleaned up, looks much better and low maintenance style. She is a master, and I knew I was in great hands. I'm very happy with the result and will be back again!
