Susan, Tash, Charles and the team delivered the most magical wedding flowers for us. I knew they did wonderful work, but their floral arrangements for our wedding simply took my breath away. Our guests have also made many comments about how amazing the flowers were.
Susan and Tash worked with my budget by helping me to understand where I would need flowers to get the best coverage for viewing and photography and where I could choose to reuse urns of florals from the ceremony to the reception. We had a great experience using Susan Avery Flowers and Events and I will certainly be going back for years to come!

We had Susan Avery style our wedding and I am so glad we did. From the moment I met Tash I knew she’d do a terrific job and took stress completely off me (brides will know this feeling!) the bouquets, ceremony arch and other ceremony pieces were beautiful and matched the decor of the zest point Piper commodore room perfectly. The reception - just wow - we sneaked a peek before the guests were allowed to enter and I’m so glad we got to see it before others filled the space. I couldn’t recommend Susan Avery more highly and big thanks to Tash for all your help making our wedding look exceptional. Oh and one piece of advice - get wrapping paper so guests can take them home- all our guests loved having them in their homes the next few days. So glad the beautiful flowers were able to be used and not thrown out!

I love to use a florist near the point of delivery. It wasn't until after I had used Susan Avery the first time that the recipient told me what good taste I had and it was the best florist she knew. This wedding task was the easiest of all to tick off. Other than a short phone meeting, a handful of emails, sending a photo of my dress & the groom’s jacket, plus two main requests, 1) colourful flowers and 2) low-level arrangements on tables, so guests could talk to each other… I left everything else up to Susan. Susan chose the flowers & colours, created all the designs, including my bouquet - without my involvement. It was soooo good to hand over all the responsibility. Even better to enjoy a surprise on the day. She nailed it. The colour of the flowers against the brown sandstone of the building & courtyard, & against the cream/beige interiors, was amazing. The pop of colours here & there really enhanced the photos. The amount, size and location of the flowers were perfect – just the right balance to add, but not detract, from the natural beauty of Gunners Barracks at Georges Heights, Mosman. And the scent of the flowers. Not just the bouquet (which was very calming) but also the flowers at the end of each aisle. Many guests commented how beautiful the flowers looked and smelt. Against the white lace dress, the bright colours in my bouquet stood out from afar. The large floral display, designed to hide a post, resulted in the most gorgeous backdrop. I could not have been happier.
