SurveyPlus just did our boundary survey and the whole process was seamless from start to finish. SurveyPlus staff were very prompt & professional and communicated without delay. I was required to get surveying done for a council related matter at short notice. They turned up within the week, at a much better price than all other surveyors in the area (quoted), and most importantly worked with me and the council after the council changed the requirements on me after the surveyor had completed the works as described and handed over what should have been the final documents. There were no hidden fees or excuses, just an ethic to find the least cost solution that would work throughout the entire process based on requirements given.

Survey Plus was the cheapest quote from five that I had requested for a detailed land survey of a residential block. Following my quote request, Survey Plus was the only company that also then politely followed up with me. Their service then continued with promp responses, attentiveness, and professionalism. Having worked in the construction industry for 40 years, 25 as a Senior Clientside Project Manager, I can say without reservation that SurveyPlus deliver on their promise. I was impressed with the level of service, professionalism and timeliness of the fieldwork and issuing of the final survey report for my project and would have no hesitation in recommending them to other clients.

I’ve read some of the negative reviews and can say that payment up front before a deliverable is issued is not that uncommon in this industry. This has situation come about by some unscrupulous clients not paying in a timely manner or not paying at all. I’ve had to deal wit this situation myself many times.

Impressive work, friendly, yet very professional. They had a tough job to do in an area where the information they needed from the street wasn’t available as it should’ve been. They also had some steep hills to climb and they stuck it out and showed me their true character of doing the right thing instead of giving up. They returned on another day to complete the job once they found the info they required. They took every hurdle in their stride and dealt with it appropriately. The detail in their work is 1st class.
