4The fact that they say they have a five star rating isn't true. They make you come in for appointment but leave you waiting 10 to 20 after your appointment time and they ignore you until they finally see you. They are rude lazy. I already got job yet they keep harassing me and when i ring up on not wanting to come in because covid is going around that's not a good enough excuse. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
My experience here wasn't bad but it was not 5 stars like on the door either. I understand that finding work for people with disability is challenging for the provider as well but until the system is changed sadly an ok result is the best that can be expected. Full respect to the staff
At the Bathurst Sureway I've found they are very hard working people for the public.
I have two unhappy contact experiences, Sureway staff appeared to be impatient and rude. I have the feeling that my dignity lost because I am receiving centerlink payment which I, being always a tax payer, have never had before COVID-19.
My first experience was through messaging. I was accused of not having replied in time, which could be done “within ten minutes “, without being asked why. My problem was solved through a direct phone call to centerlink.
My second experience was a phone call appointment. I missed the call, and before I have time to reply I was messaged that centerlink payment was stopped, and it was. I have to contact centerlink to solve my problem again.
