Sept. 2022: Ben from Surekil has been inspecting our property for many many years. We trust his expertise and thorough approach. He searches every obscure space in and under our low clearance house. He has previously found termites before they reached the house
Sept. 2023: Ben continues to be timely, professional, thorough, friendly and trustworthy. If Ben doesn't find any pest issue, we can be confident there is none. He crawls into all roof and ceiling spaces and checks the baits set well away from the house near adjoining bush in the yard. The price is very fair for the work/time involved.

The guys arrived ahead of time, however I was ready for them and they got straight to work. They both worked very efficiently and completed their tasks quickly and without any inconvenience to myself. I commend them on their friendly attitude and speedy work.

I have been using Surekil over the past ten years, I have tried a few others, on friends recommendations in between, but have always came back to Surekil: just serviced yesterday and well worth the spend. I’ve already see the effects (without going into crawly details) the product is excellent the service timely, communicative via email and messaging, they are efficient and super thorough not to mention admin and Ashley are always friendly and polite. Rhiley was very obliging to my requests and carried out all duties in a professional manner. The office staff are always friendly and responsive.

This company is nothing short of incompetent and totally ineffective. A STRONG WARNING DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. The spiders they sprayed for returned within two weeks and it’s as though they never sprayed. Their staff are rude and unprofessional and have no idea what they are doing. A total waste of money

Paul from Surekil just came out and did a very professional quote for termite baiting. He was helpful and explained technical matters to my elderly father with a very pleasant manner. Not sure yet what approach we will take to termite eradication but very impressed with Paul’s knowledge and v cm immunisation skills. Thanks Paul.

After a very worried call to Mick at Surekil we had him and Paul attend within an hour. They addressed the immediate issue and have arranged for a follow-up inspection to address the ongoing treatment. We then had a follow-up call from Ashleigh to confirm the next stage. Everyone has been friendly yet professional and informative.
