Good reliable hard hats made right here in Australia! Need more of it.

My company did some repeat business recently and fed back to Sureguard that the printing on a few pieces were sub-standard. While Wayne (assume he's the owner) did offer to take them back and reprint he was extremely rude and irritated by it all. He went on a tirade about not making any money on our order, how he had to pay someone overtime to get it done, how complex printing can be, how little I know about the process (thats exactly why we pay Sureguard to do it btw), how much other work he has on, and how it was a waste of his precious time even talking to me.

I told him I literally spoke with him prior to placing the order and he said he's got a lot on but put the order in and he'd be able to get it done. To which he replied "I have thousands of calls I don't remember each one of them".

I told him if he had communicated at the start that he can't meet the deliverables that was fine we would have found alternatives, to which he retorted "oh so I have a communication problem do I? "

In the end he literally told us to find another printer closer to our office in Melbourne (Sureguard was actually referred to us by our national suppliers). Beware, if you are a small customer and have issues with their product/services, be prepared to be treated with disrespect.
