Sure As Transport

I had an issue with a 3rd party company who use Sure As. One missing box, contacted the 3rd party company (Hunter Express), was treated very rudely. Researched & called Sure As, Sarah was amazing. Thank you Sarah

So happy with our delivery drivers, Justin was great but left, there was a lady who was also great but can't remember her name, and now Greg/Craig (forgot his name) is fantastic and super efficient.
As a scentsy consultant I need that. I appreciate his hard work and dedication to the job.

Delivered my package containing $200 worth of products to the wrong address. When I called the company to ask questions, they said "must have been delivered to the wrong address, she's gone home for the day so can't help with that".
I had to go find the package myself at someone else's house. Not happy.

Still waiting for a package that was meant to be delivered 2 days ago
Apparently driver has just left it in the depot

Copped an rude phone call from this company in relation to a transport matter that was not our problem the lady who is apparently the manager went on to threaten police action before hanging up …. After having made phone calls and clarifying with our supplier that it was not an error on our end I tried to return the call to explain and lodge a complaint against the previous phone call
Unfortunately the manager is the lady who rang in the first place …. Again she was rude and stated “ I don’t have to listen to your voice “ before hanging up and refusing to allow me to speak to her boss!

No phn call telling me that it was arriving today or at a round about time.
When it was supposed to be delivered yesterday.
Driver was rubbish.left it where he wanted. I can't move it.
Thanks for nothing.

Jobs get done, good service but guys seem little overworked. Hope management picks up on this before it causes an injury. Otherwise A+

WARNING! On 3 occasions now we have sent parcels with this company and the client has never received the item. They say they have been delivered ATL but are unable to produce photos when asked where they left the parcel?

Very slow to deliver items, items had been sitting at there depot for 4 days until they decided to deliver and when called to enquire all i got was atittude from the rude female that works in the office. No way to run a business,

No one home on delivery day and the driver took initiative and place the darn heavy parcels where he thought they should be. And it was exactly where I wanted it, alll this done with 2 loud large barking dogs.

Only gave 1 star since I can't give zero. Waited at home all day for a delivery that was organised the day before only to be told after ringing the company the female driver didn't want to deliver it. Very frustrating. Big thumbs down
