The company have taken no responsibility for the two systems they’ve installed that don’t work. We’ve spent thousands of dollars and have been waiting for 19 months for a resolution but they’ve washed their hands of the problem. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Great product with awesome service, the boys came out today to fix a sensor on our system that is around 8 years old, first problem ever! Saved our Christmas! Thanks Supreme Solar!

The BEST customer service and follow up. Michael Bishop did me an absolute solid. I had a tricky situation that took hours to fix. But they persevered and stuck it out in the middle of a thunderstorm to get it done.

Have had a very stressful and poor experience with the company- meeting with them soon to see how to proceed and resolve the current issues with this product. When it came to choosing the product they promised good outcomes which is not what I am experiencing now. It is just wrong

Had my Solar Collector tubing replaced less than a year ago. Went Smeaton Grange yesterday to get some information regarding a new Solar Controller. Left my details but the only response I received was an email asking if I was interested in buying a new Solar System. Very poor after sales service.

Our experience with Supreme Solar was ordinary to say the very least. Their is no issues with the product which we paid for but the communication with Supreme Solar has been of poor quality during the whole process.
After making final payment we
noticed that our pool heater was coming on at 11pm at night because it was not programmed correctly to the correct time. After calling Eddy to see if he can solve our issue he told me he will get back to me. I managed to solve the issue myself but still waiting for that call from Eddy.

Not recommended at all. Left us so disappointed. Had booking for pool solar heating. Everything was organised, the day before was reconfirmed in the morning, then at around one and then at about 2.45 pm I get a call that they cannot go ahead and job is cancelled! After having signed the papers 7 weeks before, paid deposit, sent photos of pool and equipment, and being in touch with them. Very unprofessional. Now it is very hard to find someone else in such a short notice and we will miss out swimming this summer.

The boys came out to check the solar pump and found it was not working anymore because of its age. They had a new pump they replaced it with a new one straight away and were in and out of the job within 45 minutes. Great job and pump is working perfectly.

NO FOLLOW UP CALLS:
very bad service. I was told that the guys would come in with materials to fix the pool solar heating.when they arrived they said they couldnt fix it and took a call out fee of 150$ for doing nothing. They said they would send a quote which was not sent and I am still following up. PLEASE DONT USE THEM

But nobody has bothered to contact me since. No sign of quote either!
