No after sales service despite calling and leaving several messages to call back. We liked the furniture but the customer service was fairly ordinary. Disappointed

If you are looking for furniture, and you see a Supreme Furniture store, take my advice and keep walking.
The salespeople sell you products like Guardsman and lie to say it extends your warranty, but it doesnt. I learnt the hardway.
Their so-called leather lounges peel and rip, i do not recommend their lounges at all. Not worth the price.

We have ordered a couch from here on 29/01/22, and were told it would take 6 weeks in writing, but 4 weeks verbally. It has now been 13 weeks and we have received no communication or delivery updates. All of our calls have been met with a different excuse - manufacturer delays, running low on fabric, running low on materials, should be another 2 weeks. We understand COVID has affected supply chains, and delays happen, but Supreme Furniture have been dismal at communicating updates and setting our expectations.

We also checked our order status at another location, and were told that other orders had been waiting since Christmas, so we can't help but feel like we were told a shorter ETA just to get hold of our deposit. We definitely would not have purchased from Supreme Furniture if we knew this was going to be our experience.

Worst customer service ever!
Always ask them to check and confirm their stock before making the payment. I ordered a bedroom set and they said it's available in stock. 2 days before delivery, they called and simply said sorry, it hasn't arrived yet to Australia!
I received the full order after 2 months without a proper apology for this much delay.

Very rude behaviour from the sales woman.she claims she runs the store for 2yrs and there is no room for customer's seeking assistance! She was on her mobile phone inititally when I walked into the store and never bothered to mind us walking in; also the store was empty! She point out to the corner end of the shop where asked for a sofa set was and still never bothered to move or come out for any assistance. The asian lady was kind enough to compromise on her colleagues attitude, but in vain. AVOID AVOID AVOID the store for such attitude from the floor staff.

Bought bed room furniture for 2 rooms. All delivered within 2 weeks. Gina is the best. She kept us informed throughout the process. Very happy with overall experience and quality of goods. Highly recommended.

Contd. Today morning i got a surprise and welcome call from the store that they are willing to replace / fix the faulty tall boy.that was a great gesture. I wd have preferred that they were able to guide me better in the first instance itself on the replacement process and timelines but nevertheless i think they are trying to improve on the customer satisfaction. - Keep it up.

Purchased furniture 3 weeks back. Tallboy has a crack in it. Contacted store and they asked me to send an email to service dept.no reply from them after two followups.

Will update the review further after the fix of the issue.

I’ve been looking for Australian made lounge to fit my area 2 years now all was over $7000 until I went to supreme furniture castle hill and got the deal of my life, very experienced people they even draw and show me how it will look like for the big space I have very good customer service and throw any questions you will professionally get an answer

Not friendly and very bad customer service even at the point of sale! You are not feeling welcome to the store. I just asked a simple question about different colours and if there is any photo or even she can show the item on the website. The answer was a big NO and nothing else? ! Asking question is like pulling teeth! I am very glad came here and read other reviews.

I was told that the bedroom furniture I bought is made up of hard wood but in fact it's spray coated wood and it has such a strong smell that really irritates me. Explained the issues to Castle Hill Store where I purchased from. Store manager Gena and her staff Rico were so rude that they told me they wouldn't do anything other than asking me to wait and let the smell disappear itself. Wouldn't recommend others to buy from them. Cheap but poor quality and bad services.

Unfortunately you get what you pay for - bad service, product not as ordered, excuses! Was keen to buy something Australian made as that was a strong selling point. Never again back to imported furniture in the future.

Fantastic furniture! Great discounts, greats service. However their suppliers only deliver weekdays. No Saturday deliveries. Myself and partner work 8-6pm this was a massive inconvenience. And the supplier has to make 3 SEPARATE deliveries as each piece we ordered are from different suppliers! So we have to stay home from work 3 separate days to receive the deliveries. In saying that i would order furniture again because furniture itself is great but delivery is terrible.

Great service everytime we walked in the door and such a great product!
My wife and I bought a dinning room set and couldn't be happier with it.

Disregard the previous bad reviews, they have great furniture and I will be a return customer.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! - They sell faulty products that appear nice but are terribly made (spray painting wood instead of oiling and coating properly). Worst customer service - they will not respond, talk or email back even if you visit in store - the boss Anthony will avoid at all costs. Currently speaking to lawyers. Do not shop here, learn from my mistake.
