Good customer service, I'm so happy with my new couch & it's a good quality as well (just what I've been looking for). I've a little problem with a delivery guys, they bring it upstairs to my house & leave my couch straight up & it is so difficult for me to put it back down coz it way too heavy! I even called a handyman to come over to assembly my couch so he can lift the couch for me. Beside that I'm happy after my couch been assembled

I’m so disappointed with this store! We bought over 5k dollars furniture and the dinning table is broken and the king bed is moldy and extremely dirty! We need a return and replace, all costs on you!

This has been by far the best furniture experience to date! We had the pleasure of dealing with Mai, she was extremely helpful and provided knowledge and great advice. We opted for a custom Australian made chaise and we love it! We did wait a little longer then advised but it was well worth the wait! Thanks Supreme furniture, I know where I’ll be referring from now on:)

John was extremely rude and not understandable, couch was faulty ordered a second couch which also came faulty, would not provide a refund even though we are entitled to one in this kind of situation. Will never go back if I could give him no stars I would.disgusting.

Quite rude and pushy salesmen. When we didn't want to go ahead as needed to measure first then come back, he just walked off without even saying a word.

I purchased few furnitures including coffee table from this shop located in Bankstown on 3rd May 2020. I spent almost 8k buying various furnitures and they obviously did good customer service i left happily. But with in a year my coffee table was broken half as it's coated with marble stone from outside and something different material inside. When i contacted the shop they said they can nether exchange nor refund. When i explained the genuine reason they put blame on me that i didn't handle the table well and its not their fault because they think that they sell a quality product. But my question is if it was a quality product why it would break within a year? I am very disappointed as they wouldn't care their customer once they pay and leave the shop. So i would not visit any of this shops in future and won't recommend any friends. Totally Disappointed!

My partner and I popped into the store by chance on the Sunday. John was extremely helpful and understanding of our situation and was able to help sort us out without any fuss and in a timely manner.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Helped us with design choices on new house and to pick out an entire dinning and lounge set. Stock was available and gave us a great price. Wonderful experience all up.

This store had provided exceptional service by the lady My. Will definitely recommend to friends if they wanted to purchase furniture at a great deal.

We bought a beautiful quality table and leather chairs at a great price and John was a pleasure to deal with!

If i could give 0 stars i would give them a 0. I had an awful experience with this store, the workers extremely rude to me. I left a deposite for an item i was unsure i was going to get the lady told practically forced me to leave the deposite and told me that if i did not want the item later on i would get my deposite back. I decided that i no longer wanted the product and went to the store for my deposite and they did not want to give me back my money. They never gave me back my deposite. And the worker was extremely rude to me. I do not recommend getting involved with this store.

I bought a lounge on 26 of December, they said will be delivered in 2 weeks. Till today 20 of March I didn’t received yet
The manager said nothing they can do I need to wait.
