Superscan are super fast! Every time I've rung reception, the staff have answered within seconds. They have always been friendly, professional and on task. Some larger companies (like NRMA) could learn a thing or two about customer service from Superscan. A super happy patient. Thank you.

Disgusting and very rude staff who don’t know how to communicate with their patients. Would never recommend this place to anyone. I would give 0 stars if that were an option. Very rude over the phone and will hang up in your face if they think it’s right.

Wow the staff at the front counter was so rude. I was just waiting for my name to be call in.
And A Patient came in to collect her scan, that one of the staff promise is should be done by the same day or the next morning for her to be able to collect her scan.

All 3 staff was so rude and told her it wasn’t ready. When the poor lady has a appointment today.
They told her that the person she has talking to.didn’t know what they are talking about.

I was so shock how the staff was talk to the lady.like it was her fault! It’s was loud and Disrespectful.everyone is the room was shock.the lady that was sitting at the front of me says they are like that.rude

also it was my first time here too.wow!

Wow they really don’t have any Respect for the poor lady. Who know.the poor lady might be going through a tough times. Since she’s want the scan urgently and confirm a day before the scan if they can get it ready my Saturday by 12pm.

Over the last 3 years I have needed to use medical imaging places to diagnose and treat several conditions, After going to the numerous places in close proximity to where I reside i found their clinical rooms unhygienic the technicians rude, the assisting staff indifferent and in some cases incompetent.
It was a breath of fresh air to find Superscan in Fairfield Heights have friendly and helpful reception staff, competent and informed technicians, and doctors who are highly skilled with excellent bedside manners.
From my experiences I have found Superscan to be second to none.technicians t

Called to make and appointment, reception staff answered and she was extremely rude would not give her name and slammed the phone while I was still talking to her. Continued to call and no one is picking up the phone. Absolutely disgusting health service.

Being going to Superscan for years, it’s my first choice if I need a test done. Staff are good, the ladies on the front desk are always helpful.

I cannot sing the praises of this practice more! I live an hour from this place but make the effort to travel as the staff are always so helpful and friendly and nothing is a bother, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place, thank you so much for always being so obliging, it doesn’t go unnoticed

This place should be called superrude not superscan. Learn how to properly speak to patients otherwise they go elsewhere. Just like I went elsewhere.

This didn't give me the option to rate it with a zero star or I would have. Today my mum visited this service to pick up her results. She was treated very poorly by the receptionist who speaks Assyrian. The receptionist was so rude to my mum. She doesn't deserve to have a job!

Friendly and accomodating staff. The same can be said for the technicians. Parking nearby is not the best. However, if limited by mobility, they are willing to arrange and accomodate your requirements. Eg.chair lift and alternative entry.

Congratulations on having such a great front desk staff! Especially Tanya and Katie who were most helpful, polite and pleasant to deal with as were all of the ladies we observed during our visits to the practice.

A good easily to get appointments where you don't need to come in the next week after your alignments have or nearly gone / good waiting room well air conditioned with cold water available with clean cups /had to lose the star for two reasons (a) the parking around is very limited (b) the amount of awkward stars and the large staircase to do different test not good for wheelchairs etc BUT for the staircase there is a lift BUT there is a weight limit/overall a good place!

Bad in all ways
Kept me waiting for half an hour for an ultrasound pregnancy, then I was surprised with a male practitioner when I made it clear I want a female to examine me. I ended up going to a different facility, and the funny thing is the guy in front of me had the same problem with them he didn't want a male to examine his wife.
Waisted my time and ruined my day. And you have to walk cause there was no parking near by and its on main street and it had all no stopping signs.
It's no go for me.

So so rude! The ladies at the front counter need to learn customer service! I have never been anywhere where they are just rude and arrogant to there patients. This only apply to the lady's out the front!
Unreal! Rude Asian lady that doesn't even make eye contact! Doesn't explain anything and should only work as a prison officer
