Superior nutrition is a one stop shop, from supplements to clothing to honest advice. Kris and the team live and breathe the industry which gives us, the customer assurance that we are getting exactly what we need.

Not much variety at all. Very small and there's other better supp shops in the illawarra that sell more variety and for better prices.

The guys here are so helpful, 1st time walking onto a supplement store & they made me feel very welcome tool the time to explain & make sure I understood everything. Definitely recommend them to anyone. Best in the business

After reading all the reviews I thought I’d give this store a go for myself two weeks ago. Since then I’ve already lost 4.5 kgs and have gained a great support network. The owners of this store are so knowledge, supportive and genuine and have a great range of stock. If you’re looking for some advice on supplements or even just to get your weight loss happening go see these guys! I will definitely be back!

Honestly can't rate this store high enough! There is such a positive and supportive environment surrounding this place that makes it a real gem in the Illawarra! <3 Not just a supplement shop either! The team always works hard to make sure EVERY SINGLE PERSON that walks through the door feels WELCOME, COMFORTABLE and VALUED! Meal and training plans, supplements and nutritional advice, community challenges, supports local charities AND is family run and owned! Absolutely love this place!

Kris and the team at Superior Nutrition go above and beyond to not only give you the right information, but also the truth about the products available and what will work best for you. Theres's no B. S about products, just facts backed by proven results.
Kris and the team go to the next level when it comes to customer service. They are always happy to chat and help you work towards your goals, and I can personally vouch for the efforts that they put in to help keep you on track, having spent the first year of my "training/gym life" seeing no results and going nowhere until I walked into Superior Nutrition, finding that I was getting rather poor advice from other supplement shops- with the right advice and supplements, in my second year of training, I've lost almost 20kg and seen a massive change in my physical health.
These guys (and girls) are the best in the industry, they are Local, they are Independent, they are a small family owned business, they are out there supporting all their customers, and to top it off, they are out there supporting the local community by getting behind events like the Illawarra Convoy.
In my opinion, Superior Nutrition should be your first and only place to shop for all your supplement needs.
